You forgot the part about how they can change the terms of the agreement with no prior notice. That seems to be in just about any agreement people have to sign these days.

Maybe the failure to retain the Pixar/Disney relationship will be the final straw for Eisner's Disney career. Hopefully it will be. They should have never pissed Pixar off by refusing to count Toy Story 2 as one of the theaterical releases that Pixar. Technically, it didn't count because it was a sequel, but Disney pulled a fast one becuase it was originally supposed to be released on video, like most of the other sequels Disney has been making recently.
Roy Disney has been fighting Eisner for a while and the battle has been stepping up recently
Personally, I hope Pixar hooks up with Dreamworks.
They confined the gas in a vacuum chamber and used magnetic fields and laser light to manipulate the potassium atoms into pairing up.
Why don't they just say thatt he scientists did a bunch of Star Trek shit anf get it over with?
I just read abot the SCO connection on CNN (busy day today).
Interesting symbolism, using Microsoft Windows vulnerabilities to attack a company that's trying to 'close-source' Linux.
I love all the LOTR movies, and they all look great, but if ROTK wins an Oscar for Best Editing the Academy needs to be lined up and shot.
My one and only reason for saying this is the HORRENDOUS editing during some of the fight sequences. The Action sequences overall in all the movies look great, HOWEVER, whenever someone pulls out a sword and starts fighting in close the movie changes to Attack ofthe Shaky-Cam. Quick cuts, shaking cameras, and allowing the viewers to absolutely not be able to see anything that's actually happening.
This annoyed me in FOTR, didn't seem as bad in TTT but it came back with a vengence in ROTK. If this 'technique' was used sparingly, I'd concede that the shaky-cam crap was done intentionally to 'simulate the confusion of battle' or something. But since it happens so often in these movies, I can only conclude that the close-in sword fights were all shot by the fifth-unit 2nd assistant director, or something, and when it came time to put the movie together Jackson and the editors just did the best they could with what they had,
I think the movie should have at least received a nom for Cinematography, but Best Editing? No Way.
Why does everyone forget that the Star Wars Holiday Special came out TWO YEARS before the 'beloved' Empire Strikes Back'?
Anyone who was aroudn to see that knows better than to expect perfection from Star Wars.
Maybe that's the cure for all the people who hate the prequels, but spend their money on them and follow every piece of news about them.
When will this 4 year old obsession with Jar Jar dying end?
Lucas already said he's not going to die on screen. If anything he won't kill him off to piss off the faux fans out there who whine and bitch about everything.
Well once SDI is fully funded, Emperor Dubya, Grand Moff Cheney and Darth Rumsfeld are gonna give you a chance to see a fully armed and operational battlestation.....
Thank you RIAA and the MPAA for confusing the difference between sharing and stealing.
Remind me to call the cops on all the people who have books, tapes and magazines of mine.
Remind me to call the FBI on the Public Library as well.

Kind of one sided, imo.

someone's got serious cajones.
That's why they should use Duct Tape instead of a harpoon.
Too bad New Line Double-Dips everyone before the 'real' versions come out.
Has anyone yet made a comment about the Sprirt in the Sky?
When will companies stop trying to keep people from getting the data that the companies give (or sell) them?

It was payback to MI5 (MI6?) for some Contract work they did.
