Windows CE and Windows Mobile share some elements, but are 2 different beasts.
Windows CE is a real-time capable emedded OS...made for low footprint devices (factory machinery, in-car GPS devices, etc).
Windows Mobile is built upon some of the embedded pieces of CE, and then has it's own bits...made for smart phones and pdas and handhelds and such.
If using an IDE then try changing the background/font colors. I'm in an IDE 90% of the time I'm on my PC (which is up to 15 hours a day). I started having vision problems finding it hard to focus on the screen and read properly. I changed out my white background for a Cyan background and that made all the difference in the world for me.
p.s. if in England, then try changing your background colours

I do and it works fine... PDZ and Cal of Duty 2 haven't yet been a problem..nor has the overheating.

I'm so sick of the bias here at Slashdot... you have to weed thru the LINUX RULES WINDOWS SUCKS biased bs to get to good meaty meaningful articles. (Articles that god forbide mention anything about Microsoft in a positive light).
