I used to go to theaters almost every week. But past 5 years, it's just once or twice. Getting a nice projector and having patience for DVD/BD release works for me.

And I can drink beer from bottle straight up.

My problem was not (just) theater owners, it had more to do with mobile loving teens.

    Right on!!

The kids were found in possession of 2 pounds of marijuana along with 10 syringes clearly meant for heavy drug usage. But more importantly, the test proved the a 0.5 BAC for alcohol in their blood. The police also found two semi automatic 12 gauge shotguns in the back of their bicycles.

    Clearly, it wasn't accidental.

If you really want to turn it on it's head, have a mutation and develop G6PD deficiency (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucose-6-phosphate_dehydrogenase_deficiency#Epidemiology) - an automatic protection against malaria. (G6PD deficiency is also known as Favism).

Only side effect would be not being able to eat fava beans.

One of the theories is that the mutation was caused as survival against malaria / mosquitoes.

I think the biggest change mac ecosystem will see from this is that there will be small number of corporations selling their apps (for more or less $$) rather than a lot of small time developers releasing their stuff for free for other mac users.

Summary is missing out the biggest benefits - 1080p streaming (not all, but I guess almost all HD movies will be 1080p now - from 720p of the disk days IIRC), and Dolby Surround 5.1 (compared to Stereo with the disk).

And from what I have read, there will be more content available now (compared to the disk), but of course not all. My guess is that they are adding content every day, but it's nowhere near their full movie library.
