    WTF? This is +4 insightful?

The apps you are talking about are all clients. They are not servers. By your post, it seems all bittorrent clients are mired in legal battles. Also, as per your post, I am sure *AA will go after Microsoft any minute for letting their OS users install torrent clients!!

    Stop being apple's bitch.

As for the OP - because nobody should have a choice or option, right? Because Apple has defined the model and is controlling it's walled garden, everybody else should, right?

Is the same same fragmentation all the 'bloggers' jumping up and down about Android being offered by different carriers? Yeah, that did not work out well, right?

Well, it's similar to how certain countries have better presence for certain businesses than others.

i.e. Outsourcing / back office / call centers - India
    Electronics - Japan, South Korea
    Cars - Germany, Japan
    etc

Once an ecosystem is in place for a given LoB, more people will join it. Weather it's legal or illegal depends entirely on how strict the laws are and what opportunities exist as alternative.

As others have already pointed out, India has no 'official' religion. The only officially Hindu nation is Nepal. India is a secular country, where all religions are welcome.

Only the separation of Government and Religions never happened. Practically all elections ( village, city, state, nation) are decided based on religion and caste.

But still, there is no official religion.

Actually, this was one of the main reasons for me to choose PS3 over XBOX. I am not a gamer (games are just a bonus), my main use is Blueray movies + Netflix + UPnP player for my music. It was a crucial factor as I was ditching cable for good and had to make sure I get Netflix in place of it.

A friend of mine has XBOX and wants to ditch cable too, but he can't get Netflix on XBOX without paying and now he might end up paying even more.
