Eventually the RIAA will make more money by scaring people into settling with them than they make from actual record sales. When this happens they will stop making albums and with no new albums to copy piracy will come to a screeching halt. Then with their pockets full of ill-gotten booty the RIAA will move to the Cayman Islands and relax on a beach drinking martinis and being serviced by pool boy sex slaves.
with all of my astronomical knowledge the only thing i can come up with is aliens playing some sort of april's fools day joke. but this begs to ask "do alien's celebrate april fool's day or some other weird alien day?" maybe they don't call it april
what happens if i were to build a big rocket and launch myself into space without telling anyone? would i get shot down by the military when they pick me up on radar?
a few years ago my town of 1500 people here in Iowa ran fiber for everyone in town. The telephone system, cable television, and internet all go through it. It is insanely fast and it solved the problem with people losing cable reception from the aging wires. When they put it in they used a machine that vibrated the soil enough to semi-liquify it and they just sunk the cable in the ground like that.

i've always prefered high-tech to hogh-tech. the latter seem like a cheap rip-off similar to "suny' or "Panosanic"
