    They make money no matter how it flows through an account. It only matters that it flows, so they can digest the nutrients and expel the waste to the funkier, higher rate credit agencies. To them, or most anybody, blockage is not pleasant.

    I challenge cybercriminals and conceptualists to reconsider their intentions and motives behind publishing a PoC that will only add fuel to the fire.

    In other words, security by obscurity is still best. Well, I still believe that exposing the flaws is the best way to protect ourselves. Too many programs "phone home" and contain other spyware as it is. Proof of concept also helps to protect us from that.

    Well, maybe they can sidestep the whole lawyer/court thing by simply putting up a list of those that don't "comply" that we all can refer to. If the community is all it's cracked up to be, then it can use its economic clout to effect a change of behavior. No lawyers, no judges, just money...the way nature intended.

    Given the choice between total obliteration of our society and the fiscal raping of a few for-profit companies, I think we'll screw Real.

    I guess the collateral damage makes it all worth it? That's a little like killing a guy by blowing up the 747 he's riding in with 350 other people. It's much better to eliminate the laws that protect the cartels that are nearing the end of the road. But then, who's going to kill that golden goose? ...So much money being thrown around and so little benefit...For most of us, it's like seeing it go straight into the incinerator.

    Nope, if he doesn't like then his only option is the veto. He's simply getting around the prohibition against the line item veto. He must not be allowed to sign a law that he would consider unconstitutional, and then take out what, in his OPINION, the "unconstitutional" bits. If he was to sign a law that he himself considers unconstitutional, then he is in violation. His other, more or less, clear cut option is an executive order which should not be allowed to extend any longer than the emergy that necessitates it.
