I think you could interpret freeing your soul, as being a service. So if they in any way, shape or form want you to pay for that, my guess is that freeing your soul would be a commercial service, thus making the content of the body primarily commercial.
Because private ownership is so much better? The problem with private ownership of the bandwidths will in my opinion be that it hampers innovation by anyone else but those who own the bandwidth. And you will rely on that one vendor for producing anything within the bandwidths they own. This does not pose a problem in itself though, but my guess is that a few big companies will obtain ownership of an unproportionally large portion of the bandwidth(s) to monopolize certain types of services. Remember we're not just talking the transistor radio frequencies but the entire non-military range of frequencies.

oh, and time for a rant: Their's no point in hurting anyone with legal suits, the only real way of dealing with annoying business is hurting their business model. make hiring spammers illegal.
I think this was one of the two reasons Lucas chose to film 4-6 first. more interesting story and less focus on cgi which wasn't developed.
though i've also heard claimed that he wrote the 3 first movies to avoid having holes in his references. I just don't think that it makes sense to divide it into seperate movies then.

The problem in this arises because humans tend to notice some charateristics before others. F.ex. a noticibly different nose will cause a human to think that two people cant possibly look alike, while the recognition (as i saw it used on vg.no) treats all vectors equally. Another example is the effect that hair falling differently counts for many points because of the many edges involved in hair (based on my observation of the site).
Anyway, i'm not on their list of celebrities, so i won't say anything positive about it;)

If you give it to a parent or grandparent you will often hear autoplay kicking in, especially if you're a kid.
Heck, even stone age cave paintings; i bet that if you saw someones painting while it was still wet, and the creator was nearby. It wouldn't take any action on your part to get him to tell the tale of how he slew the mammoth.
