So, before he is impeached, expect the body of a dead Astronaut to be strapped into the nose cone of a missile and fired at the moon. "See! Mission Accomplished!"
Maybe you could get out in the community a bit, hit up some coffee shops. You just might be able to convince someone to show up to your church. Of course, they'll have to leave their kids at home, because you are a convicted pedophile...but there's still the possibility you will finally find a bit of coin in the collection basket...
Pretty sure they only mention Oats because they bought a bag of oats back in '45 and put it down next to the assembly line so all the Cheerios pass within 50' of it...
Sure, they are trying to, but, giving the present state of software development, it is unlikely they will be able to keep out determined hackers anytime soon.
Except now vehicles have built-in cellular service, and manufacturers can do things like remotely read codes set by the various computers in the vehicle, and remotely update the firmware of the various computers in the vehicle.
Guess what bus they use to do all these neat things? That's right, the CAN bus. And because car manufacturers aren't exactly experts in computer security, there are/will be vulnerabilities, allowing remote access by others, to do all this fun stuff, without anyone needing to physically touch the vehicle.
This year, tax reform "Sure, we'll run a deficit, but it won't be that bad and we'll quickly get more tax revenue because the whole economy will grow faster"
Next year, "OMG, the deficit is out of control. Health Care, Social Security and Medicare costs are causing huge deficits. We've got to cut them all now or else it's the end of America!"
Not sure why they are minimizing the delay. This is a high-end phone that will be lucky to have a 3-6 month span for sales, and they've blown 2 of those months.
Actually, no. If you are a truly big corp, such as facebook or google, they can use API's that let them upload/download whatever they want, even when they are no the active app, and even if the user has force-quit the app. Every once in awhile, they'll change the app and then it goes and downloads a bunch of crap in the background, a bunch of users get a surprise at the end of the month with overage charges, then they rush out an update to stop doing that particular thing.
I wish Apple would add a setting to every app to permit me to enable/disable all internet access on a per-app basis.
Sure, but they are also brother and sister.
TinyHands wants a couple minutes of good press.

I believe the revenue model the MPAA/RIAA is going for is "just give us all the money and your child lives".
sadly, no.
Of course, you still can't turn off sending whatever data Microsoft feels like it wants to Microsoft...
No, just cheap.

You're just angry cuz you keep getting sued for pirating midget porn...everyone knows it's you because you are the only one who watches that stuff.
Yup, it's a large up-front payment, then a monthly "maintenance/support" payment until the car is crushed.
I don't need even more notifications that I ignore...
Exactly. Europeans hate it when someone else gets in on their thing. They hate sharing with others.
This is the "Privatize profits, socialize losses" part of capitalism. It's in the fine print. You probably didn't read it when you signed up.
Well, Trump was in the server room, and was quoted as saying "This doesn't look so hard to do."
Why would anyone design a vehicle, where something that happens pretty commonly may result in the destruction of the vehicle?

You know it's good, because there's only 1 person developing it.
And they are going to try to do it again
