All he said that he is willing to enter binding arbitration over the dispute. What makes you think his choice of arbitration is arbitrary? It seems to me to be calculated and relevant considering who he is challenging.
Wrong. strncpy always writes exactly n bytes (implementation details aside, the end result is the buffer is either a copy of the source string or 0). RTFM
Similar story for me. I bought the original Warcraft and could not go past the cutscene after the first level because the game would crash when accessing the CD. I called Blizzard's support line and they basically told me; "Well we can't test every hardware combination, too bad you blew your money on our game." I fired up Mosaic on one of the x-terms at school and discovered the world of crackz and warez and found a perfectly working no-cd crack (which, unfortunately was the whole game, so I had to bring it home on a pile of floppies).
If you had read TFA you would know that there is no restriction on chat or sharing creations with people that the parent approves. It is only when you want to share or chat with people not on your 'real friends' list that the moderation comes along.
I don't think it should come as a suprise to anyone that PREviews are generally more positive than REviews. Critics (and people in general) have less information on pre release stuff, and they are more willing to overlook defects that 'will be fixed' in the final version. Actually having the final product in your hands, you can spend some time to find all its flaws. Those flaws stand out more too, because the developers chose to leave them in (or didn't QA it enough to find them).
In so doing, the Bose suspension requires less than a third of the power of a typical vehicle's air conditioner system.
How much power does a typical AC compressor take to power, 10hp?
I was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for games that are good for two players, but can allow more. Most of the ones mentioned here seem to only be good for a larger group.
The fact that all the PSP demos at E3 were basically video demos, and the fact that they were all being piped from PCs
It is most certainly not a fact. All the videos that were being displayed were coming from the PSP. There were at least two playable pieces of games, and some tech demos running on the hardware, as well as the videos, etc.
I bought one of these a while ago, and I liked it a lot. The components are greate, but I found it was a little too small and cozy for playing SF2 with a bunch of other guys. I ended up rebuilding the case from scratch, and moving all the components over. I also put in a base that was reversible, with heavey duty suction cups on one side, for my glass coffee table.
I don't know if if you got a good one, or I just got a bad one, but the mad catz wireless ps2 controller I got was worthless for playing any kind of action/reflex game whatsoever. I tried playing GT3 with it and gave it up after 2 minutes, because the analog sticks were not tracking.
I did but it when it first came out (900 MHz wireless, I think, with a little docking station) and maybe they have improved since then, but this is one controller that has been collection dust since I got it.
http://www.rahulsood.com/2010/07/console-gamers-get-killed-against-pc.html This may be one person's opinion (based on a small sample size), but I think it agrees with the experience of most people who have spent any serious amount of time playing an FPS both with a controller and with a mouse.
billions huh? Has a website and an UNRELEASED game really caused Bethesda billions in damages?

It could also be someone with Pseudohermaphroditism and no one ever knew that she was a male.

Then they would have to just implant RFID chips in the speedbumps, that make the car "bump" if you go over then at over the posted limit.
