I just couldn't get the HTML to render AT ALL until I went to a specialist. He suggested that I "hand code" and they'd implant my HTML into my web server. It worked - twice! But it wasn't as fast as the NYTimes; it took almost 10 months to render.
You have *got* to see the flux capacitors! I realize that you're a bit new to physics, but please press hard to see the flux capacitors. Your guide may laugh uneasily - just keep pressing and don't take "No" for an answer. You won't be sorry.
It's not a paid-for link. Burton Group does not do vendor-sponsored research.

Q: What is Burton Group's vendor-independence policy?
A: We take pride in our vendor independence. More than 80 percent of our customers are enterprise organizations, and our uncompromising commitment to be an unbiased advocate for the enterprise customer guides all of our work.
Since our founding in 1990, we have not published vendor-sponsored research of any kind. We cover relevant vendors and products without regard for vendors' subscription to our services. We maintain complete independence from vendor agendas, providing unbiased assessments of markets, vendors, and products. In keeping with our mission, we provide technically in-depth, independent research and advice for the enterprise technologist.
Well, here I sit waiting for McKesson to refund $1300 of my money after 15 months of hassle. Our oldest daughter takes HGH supplied by McKesson. In 2+ years we've had multiple missed shipments, chronic overbilling, "lost" packages. Last night they sent the wrong vials - 3x the dosage - glad we caught that before injecting our daughter. We have dealt with a lot of medical issues and many hospitals and medical companies. McKesson is the most disorganized company we've ever had to deal with.
Installed IE7, found two problems within 10 minutes.
Does not work with SalesForce. Buttons do not render. They'll appear as a thin line without text.
IE7 does not work with our SharePoint / WSS v3 Beta (with R2 patch applied). Excel views crash. Works fine with IE6 and Firefox.
IE7, IMHO, is not ready for prime time. Even uninstalling is somewhat hidden. Hint: Control Panel, Add/Remove software, show Windows Updates, then find IE7, remove.
For your requirements, I'd suggest ClarkConnect - http://www.clarkconnect.org/. Get the free/home version. I've used it for years - it's great.
Ironically, I spent the weekend playing with FreeNAS. I was able to get ~380Mbit/sec on my el-cheapo gigabit network. I'm quite impressed with FreeNAS. It's easier to setup/configure/manage than anything else I've worked with.
No, it won't be covered up. He'll go to Gitmo and be interrorgated. They'll probably flush his Perl Cookbook down a toilet, maybe desecrate a few of his Star Wars comic books. In about 10-15 years, the ACLU will finally get him a trial.
Why do you hate Freedom?
Actually, it *is* a feature of NDS.
NDS (now eDirectory) allowed companies to create sub administrators to lower parts of the tree. Administrators in those sections could filter out what rights flowed down the tree. This was a useful feature. I worked for Novell at the time, helping design some of the largest NDS tree (circa 1994-1995). One particular State that I worked with used this feature to create a State Government tree, with each department beneath having their own administrative rights. Thus, one of the branches, such as the State Police, could block administrative right from flowing down the tree to State Police servers and resources.
By the way, you can do this on Active Diretory, too, although AD allows a higher level administrator to undo the move. Novell's NDS does not. To fix this (at least back when I designed / managed NDS trees) you had to use DSDUMP to hand-edit the NDS database. Ugly!
Bob Blakley wrote a great piece on the no fly list. His solution - put everyone on the no fly list. That's about as effective as the current solution. http://notabob.blogspot.com/2008/07/round-up-usual-suspects.html

...isn't that Jumbo frame?
By transporting all of our trash and landfills to the moon we'll have a source to grow plants. That's brilliant!

For so long it's been clouded by question marks. This is the missing step #3.
Before:
1. Beg, borrow, or steal 1 million dollars
2. Take ill-gotten gains to JP Morgan
3. ??????
4. Profit!!!
Now:
1. Beg, borrow, or steal 1 million dollars
2. Take ill-gotten gains to JP Morgan
3. Follow rule 10b5-1
4. Profit!!!
Stamps? I'll buy the goddam stamps. Now let's go to the Magic Kingdom.
I remember seeing 54.9 in ~1975.

How could Oracle's server have been compromised? I thought Oracle was "unbreakable"
You're new here, right?

Go see Dennis Clarke's site: http://www.blastwave.com/ Dennis claims it took 2.5 hours to build OpenSolaris and has posted several screenshots.

Geez - how lame. This charitable act is just an attempt to push his company's products on college students. Someone mod me up as insightful.
Sorry, but the name Bossa immediately invokes thoughts of Jar Jar Binks, as in : "Yousa Bossa. Jar Jar Binks thinka massa need a process."
You insensitive clod! I'm European!
