I agree, someone once said to never take a professional in the industry the movie is about to the movie. Rocky was a great movie but any boxer would say that the fighting was so fake. Same as a hacking movie will have flaws an holes in the movie for those hackers reading this. Take a cop to a cop type movie and they'll tell you that the cop in the movie would have been fired, arrested or suspended for things the cop did. Same goes with shooting a car or having a car crash explode, how many major car crashes explode on impact the way the do on the movies?
And the point is that people who look up to Linus may begin to choose ham over chicken. Just like people who look up to the KDE development team, or who use the desktop is more likely to consider Subversion now.
The thing is that the amount of devices and money put into this would make the vehicle well out of range for the average customer. Lets just hope that MS doesn't have people sign a EULA or have to buy in to software upgrades. Getting pulled over for having a pirated upgrade would suck.
But on the brighter side you might be able to mod the system to play downloaded XBox games.
Wow, some of these captures are over 2 years old. I'd though I'd check out Calgary, Alberta, Canada and while scanning over the city I noticed that a road / major intersection that was built over 2 years ago is under construction. A bit dated if you ask me.
The funny thing is, the google water mark says 2005.
Even if there are "NO IP LAWS IN INDIA!" The guy can and should get his ass fired and EJECTED from the company. The guy was doing something he know he shouldn't have been doing. Once again it is up to the company to make this guys life miserable as they can.
Lockers would be a good idea and the ability to be able to lockdown the office area is also a factor. Having the lockers in an open area viewable by everyone in the office might be the best solution. If the employee says they want to listen to music, then state that company policy is the NO media is allowed in that room/section and offer a music database for them to use, (make sure you deal with the legal issues with this as well.)
The company can state that these measures are in place because of the one person. Think of the policy for alcohol at work. You forgot to leave your opened bottle of wisky at home and brought it to work, do you think work would be forgiving then? Warnings can also be used and would be at the discretion of the supervisor / company.
Deleting the drivers would be good but what about internet access? It might be required to do work since the internet is one of the best tools for research and coding.
There are many things that can be done and it all depends on how far you're willing to go.
The first thing is fire the employee and make it known that this person was FIRED for IP theft. Also prosecuting this person to the full extent of the law will also send a message to other staff.
Send out a memo stating that discovering ANY storage media that has been brought in from outside will result in immediate investigation of what is on the media and can be grounds for termination of employment and prosecution. Having people sign NDAs also help with the theft. These things are intimidation and to show the company is serious with this matter.
Then there is the physical side of things. You might consider getting the computer looked in a box with holes for wires and vent holes. Of course you would want trusted members to have keys to access the box. Also security plates just to cover the USB openings might be a valid option.
There is no 100% protection against this. Even the human brain is a storage device and to proect from that you would have to basically lock the employees in the ofice to do the work and after they're done, kill them.
Hollywood is raping my childhood!!! AvP, Jason vs Freddy, Star Wars, Terminator... now they go and mess with my after school cartoon with a live action version? What's next a live action G.I.Joe?
Once again I'll get my hopes up and "hope" that this will not be a let down. But I do not expect much from this movie since it will be very difficult to do. It will be likely targeted to kids and make it a G rating, thus making it a tame and actionless flick. Even the original transformers movie wasn't geared towards kids, which made it that much more better.
Note: Spider-man, X-Men, and Hulk were at least not let downs. I also hope that Superman V will not be a let down also.
Yes, I did make a mistake in my post with the the spelling of Brontosaurus but my point was the Brontosaurus did not exist. It was a mistake / hoax, call it what you will. So the species did not exist.Google for BrontosaurusHere and here explain thing rather well.
First BrontoBurgers can't really exist, Brontoburgers are made from Brontosaurs meat, a dino that was coined from a mistake.
I agree with most people whom replied, this idea is unlikely at best. Alligator meat is very tough and I'd expect the [insert dino here] would also be just as tough.
But there are other issues with this. First the genetically cloned dinos will be imediatly on the endangered species list and that alone will hinder the ability for people to breed these things for food. Don't believe me? how many people out there breed elephants for the same reason?
I honestly see a Jurassic Park being built a situation more likely than a BraciBurger House.
No need to be skeptical. The truth is that the bone is actually taken from an recently deceased T-Rex. The government has been breeding these things for years. You actually think Jurassic Park was done with special effects? I kid you not, this shit is real. This would be the least expensive and easy to transport. I'm sure a backseat of a car stacked with newspapers would be enough to fill a room.
Popcorn would be too expensive and much more time consuming. You'll be lucky to get a cubic meter out of a 1 kg bag.
Another bonus of this is getting the paper should be easy and could even be free. If you want this to be cloak and dagger, you could pre-crumple the paper and put them in garbage bags for delivery.
Now combine this idea with the confettee, sprinkles and crickets as mentioned previously and you have the ultimate revenge.
Newspapers - Main filler, make sure to have wet sponges to wet fingers to be able to pick up the pages, (1000 pages and you'll regret not having one.)
A bag of confette per room - When I got married confette and rice was banned from all the churches and halls we went too, (they are too hard to clean up.) Hell throw a handful of rice in each room too.
Sprinkles - This will be a permanent addition to the place.
$20 in crickets - They cost about a nickle each here so that will get you about 400 crickets where some will remain as elusive noisy residents in the place for months afterwards.
Tips: Make sure to unplug everything and turn off the heaters, you don't want a fire to happen. Turn off the gas, fusebox, and water, (all the more fun since he'll have to get through the house to turn these back on.) Put the paper everywhere, (under the sink, cabinets, drawers, stove, (unplugged), fridge....
Please post pictures update us when this is done. This is your mission if you so accept it.

Touche... now let us expand on that. Now a land owner has a large piece of land in a high foot traffic area. The owner is charging people a fee to walk through his land, say the average cost of a DVD, we can even say their is more paths that might be more difficult for lesser costs. For those people walking through without paying a fee, the owner issues them a subpoena for let us say $1,000.00 per time they trespass on the owners property. Now should the owner be able to blindly issue subpoenas at will?
To be more accurate the "Land Owner" isn't really a owner at all, but more of a renter to rent the land for the sole purpose of charging a fee to the "Walkers", in turn the now termed "Renter" charges the "Walker" and pays the "Actual Owners" a very small percentage of the fees collected.
Now since it is a high traffic area and the "Renter" does control a large portion of the land what is stopping the "Renter" in abusing the "Walkers" with higher fees and nearly shooting anyone who does otherwise, meanwhile bitching and complaining that the "Walkers" who have decided not to pay are causing lose in revenue.
To sum it up the laws are providing more power to the already powerful organization, now since absolute power corrupts absolutely what is stopping the organization from abusing their power?
Meanwhile a guys beats his wife to near death and gets a night in jail and a stern warning. Hmm... doesn't sound right does it?
Still not a fair comparison, running red lights can be hazardous to others, which is the sole reason for the law. Standard downloading of various media is not harmful to others, and this law is ONLY in place to allow near full control of media to their respective corporate peddlers.
There are other alternative to plants. You go to a local toy store and get some Sea Monkeys, (you could also go to the local petstore and but a package of brine shrimp eggs). Or if you want more aggressive creatures you could get some triops. Very aggressive and a great conversation starter. All of the above would fit in a small container on a standard desk.
Yes.... he is killed by a guy named Darth Vader. Shesh watch the Star Wars: A New Hope and it will explain it.

Too bad there are no Jedi around.

Your search should have stopped at the hun as for Thomas Edison... I'm not sure if I want to google that one.
Damn... another thing I have to delete on a daily basis.
Where do you think Star Trek conventions are mainly held?
What's this? A chance that Enterprise to be filmed in Vulcan... oh the irony!!! The logic !!! The jokes!!!!
Also Vulcan is in Canada too. Alberta, Canada to be more specific.
