  6. Internet Link on AP Article On Cyborg Steve Mann · · Score: 2, Interesting

One thing that I think most people would benefit from is a link to the net, or prehaps better a secure enclopedia. How many times have you thought "I must look up xys" and then forgot. To just have that information at your fingertips would be excellent. However of course it depends on how deep it all llinks in. The last thing you want is a hacker breaking into your brain and controlling you. An army of zombies? No thankyou Rus

I was thinking last night it would be cool if with the takeup of broadband, and some decent licensing why couldn't tivo connect to a P2P network so you could watch someone else recording of someone and have it streamed from multiple Tivo to yours. 10. Access on Memo Confirms IBM Move To Linux Desktop? · · Score: 5, Insightful

Its nice to see that the chairman has made a stand but has also made sure that they will remain compatible to the rest of the business world. As much as we might all like Linux to survive in the business world we need to be able to speak what everyone else speaks. It might be good to have the moral high ground but its no good if you can't read your suppliers documents Rus

If Yahoo does move to something else then it will at least drive google to keep improving or for something new and better to come along. The internet is about constant development and this can be seen to be a good thing Rus

  16. Conformality on Extensive Xandros 2.0 Deluxe Review · · Score: 5, Insightful

As nice as it is to have choice one things Windows brings it is a constant. Things normally work on most PC's. With each distro of Linux things aren't the same from one point to another which can be seen as a strength, however if things aren't careful it could come as a bad thing if infighting gets worse. Of course KDE and Gnome do help but in this case standard should be a good thing Rus
