    On Feb 20 2008 lets all go file a small claims action against RIAA.

    Cause of action will to allow us to copy a 10 year old audio tape for backup purposes.

    Does not matter if we win or loose.

    Sue for $20.00 USD plus costs (about $35 USD filing and $85 for process server)

    If we get 100,000 suits filed it will cost them at minimum $140.00 per case they fail to show at
    that would be 14 mil. They don't have enough lawyers to defend 100,000 cases in one month

    Then we do it again in 6 months.
    No more RIAA

    I can see both sides of this.

    I feel he should be allowed to compete, after all he is an athlete.
    On the other hand he is running on what can best be described as pogo sticks
    so there may be a minor advantage. That is what the IAAF is saying. He has an advantage.
    And that the advantage is just enough to not allow him to compete. Again it's just enough.

    3 - Replace the IRS with something less confusing
            I like the idea of flat tax on all companies and persons 11.25% works
    4 - Force auto makers and big oil to come up with a plan to see 40 MPG in
            in 5 years on auto's with a GVWR less 10k and 30 on light trucks and SUV's
    5 - Create a federal welfare program and outlaw state welfare. Max time
            anybody can collect is 18 months per 5 years. (this does not replace disability)

    they can terminate 2/3 of the work force

    so lets say each employee makes 30k per year and you have 100

    over 3 years that's 1,980,000 in payroll you don't have to pay

    In the use of knowingly hiring an unlicensed investigator to investigate the case
    in its self is a crime and if they used the same firm to investigate multiple cases then it is a standard practice which means that it is a RICO act violation and should be prosecuted as such.

    We hear about UPS doing this.
    What you don't realize is they do this year round.

    Heck, I try to do it year round.
    I drove the same route to work every day for 2 months, making nothing but left turns
    just to see what would happen. I found that I lost about 12% of my fuel economy. Thats a big deal when you only get 14mpg.

    Yes, I know, flame me for a "Gas guzzler", but I don't burn gas or diesel
