On Feb 20 2008 lets all go file a small claims action against RIAA.
Cause of action will to allow us to copy a 10 year old audio tape for backup purposes.
Does not matter if we win or loose.
Sue for $20.00 USD plus costs (about $35 USD filing and $85 for process server)
If we get 100,000 suits filed it will cost them at minimum $140.00 per case they fail to show at that would be 14 mil. They don't have enough lawyers to defend 100,000 cases in one month
You can only buy red meat sold by vegetarian farmers born on the third sunday after the second full moon. BTW this is my cousin he meets the criteria...
I feel he should be allowed to compete, after all he is an athlete. On the other hand he is running on what can best be described as pogo sticks so there may be a minor advantage. That is what the IAAF is saying. He has an advantage. And that the advantage is just enough to not allow him to compete. Again it's just enough.
1 - Provide for and support Vet's when they come home.
No more homeless Vetrans. 2 - Terminate all politicians that have been in office for more that 2 terms
** firing squad comes to mind 3 - Replace the IRS with something less confusing
I like the idea of flat tax on all companies and persons 11.25% works 4 - Force auto makers and big oil to come up with a plan to see 40 MPG in
in 5 years on auto's with a GVWR less 10k and 30 on light trucks and SUV's 5 - Create a federal welfare program and outlaw state welfare. Max time
anybody can collect is 18 months per 5 years. (this does not replace disability)
In the use of knowingly hiring an unlicensed investigator to investigate the case in its self is a crime and if they used the same firm to investigate multiple cases then it is a standard practice which means that it is a RICO act violation and should be prosecuted as such.
We hear about UPS doing this. What you don't realize is they do this year round.
Heck, I try to do it year round. I drove the same route to work every day for 2 months, making nothing but left turns just to see what would happen. I found that I lost about 12% of my fuel economy. Thats a big deal when you only get 14mpg.
Yes, I know, flame me for a "Gas guzzler", but I don't burn gas or diesel
Big brother has been doing this for ever!
Lets see, he had employees?
He directed them to commit a crime?
He committed that crime how many times?
Sounds like a RICO charge should be filed, but then again this is the FTC not the justice system.
You see FTC is administrative, not judicial, they just think they are.
I needed that...
Now for some real news...
Nope, they are looking for people like me. Those of us with out own gun range.
You see they want to know who to go after first.
You can't control the country 100% if its citizens are armed.
I want to moon them.
Then enact the 2nd and hit the reset button
Interesting,
I thought it was illegal to fire someone on strike.
But this is Hollyweird we are talking about
Oh wait, that costs extra...
I like this idea
Now when I build 10 to 15 machines for a client I don't have to kill my internet connection
or try to download them all to the LAN
Now, how long will it take MicroShaft to file suit or buy the guy out?
Think about what people use to IM
Yahoo
MSN Messenger
AOL
This would leave AOL and MSN
1 down 1 to go
98% here
$55 to $250

KMA Ford
If a corporation can get 3 time the work out of an employee
they can terminate 2/3 of the work force
so lets say each employee makes 30k per year and you have 100
over 3 years that's 1,980,000 in payroll you don't have to pay
"and any copyrights"
would that be any that he has rights too?
East Berlin in the 60's and 70's comes to mind
That the kid had no other outlet.
That security was so lax
That the trains switch gear actually responded to a TV remote
At least he did not go after the EuroRail or other high speed train
networksolutionsSUX.com
