SegaSoft owns "Rocket Jockey", which had an amazing Dick Dale surf guitar soundtrack and a Fallout-esque atmosphere. It was a FANTASTIC combat sport game that had elements of sports, racing, and demolition derby.
Even adopting a GTA feel to this game would make it the #1 game for many. And a Wiimote as a controller? That's genius.
Urgh.
I'm a frequenter of and part-time programmer for MC Frontalot's website (I've got nothing on the hosting or forums, only some minor PHP hoo-hah here and there). Of all the weeks for his site to glitch up, it chose THIS WEEK, right when it's getting hit with Slashdot to glitch. Argh!
Today at the polls I tapped the square for "Jim Davis" and the square for "Charlie Crist" was checked off.
I re-tapped the square for "Jim Davis", this time using my nail instead of the tip of my finger, and the check mark moved from "Charlie Crist" to "Jim Davis".
Want to know how to fix this? Don't put the most important square as the FIRST box that someone has to click. Make it something UNIMPORTANT or better yet, give us a TEST / CALIBRATION SEQUENCE for each user before any voting can begin.
Never assume your average user knows how to use your newfangled touch-screen machines.
OK. It's not like I was going to buy a PS3 or a PSP anyway. Wii for me, and maybe a high-def-playing Xbox 360 when I get my Sony HD TV...
oh crap.
Looks like it's Panasonic for me.
With the DS Lite launch:
Circuit City gave out a DS Lite sleeve.
Best Buy gave out free Brain Age.
Do we know which stores have the best giveaways this time around because that's who I'm buying from. Wii, the first system to come with it's own built-in game in years, and I'll still buy from whomever can give me the best free add-ons.
I couldn't find the story you mention, but I did see that he wrote, "The Professor's Teddy Bear".
Is this the story you mean?
Greatest game of it's generation. Then X-Com.
I wonder if they have Rocket Jockey.
...has taken up the belt. The fan-site. Good luck to him.
Thank you for remembering that game. I always touted it as a "sequel" of sorts to others.

Do you hear me people? ROCKET JOCKEY.
I'd like to see a sequel to this. Not "Lost".
Your fly is open.

...I asked. They claimed to not have any and therefore I had to use the machine. The precint was Coconut Creek, Broward County.

See Subject line. I was going to post identical, but I'd be set redundant.
...they're gonna put out "Nursing Home" in full GTA style. Get to drive cars right into storefront windows!
They're quick to kill a story, but they pend forever. I wonder if my journal entry on buying Comics for Kids on Halloween is going to make it in time for people to get to the local comic store.
The number of Pirates is inverse to the amount of Global Warming. Here's a link to a study: Global Average Temperatures vs. Number of Pirates.
Duke Nukem Forever, 4tw. Due out any year now.

Just call him on his cellphone, duh!
Spielburg's name is attached, but who is directing the movie?
Michael Bay.
Also there is a food already available that for all intents and purposes contains negative calories: Celery.
And there's already a soda made from it: Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray. Been featured in a song too.
Do you get any free extras for pre-ordering?
Are there any giveaways that stores are doing if you buy from them instead of someone else?
For the DS Lite launch, Circuit City gave away DS Lite kits and Best Buy gave away copies of Brain Age!
What are the sellers doing this year?
Other than "getting it first", what's the incentive for pre-ordering?
