"lol ps3 sux nintendo 4 lyfe"
With that out of the way, would it be unreasonable to ask why it took this long for the PS3 to have a "hit" like this? They had such a strong showing pre-release. Did the games just not live up to the hype?(I do not have a PS3 nor have I played one, so I wouldn't know how the games actually are.)
How "Necessary" is this technology for the average joe? I can see the applications for small businesses being good, but what could you or I do with such a device(Outside of printing off some kickass Warhammer 40k armies!)?
The 'software' I looked at had bits in the blurbs about "To be released Summer 2004" and "Available September 2004". Now, tell me if my clock is wrong, but aren't they like 3 months behind there?
Still my favourite game from the 32-bit era. I'm a bit saddened that Sega hasn't yet made a sequel for the newer systems. RPG-like storyline + Massive army battles = fun for all.
But I wouldn't trust any claims made by "Four college students" about how it has some sort of Windows compatibility. All of the college students I've known have had A LOT of trouble opening windows.
It looks like it'd be a really interesting animated series, what with them having the original cast doing voiceovers and whatnot. It's a shame they're not re-releasing it as well.
What with the lax educational system that the U.S. seems to have, not to mention to grossly misappropriated funding by Federal and State gov'ts, it comes as no shock that the country is falling behind others in the realm of scientific research
In the present situation, that damage could be avoided by writing a License that, for example, specifically excludes 'any employee of Microsoft'.
Hey, and then also they(Microsoft) could write a compiler with a licence that reads "For none of you poopyheads at Sun. Nyah nyah, you have to use GCC!"

In Communist China, only old Koreans buy IBM from YOU(if it can be made into a beowulf cluster that runs Linux)!

Are you new to bureaucracy?

Then again, they WERE drunk...
I simply don't see how a laptop would be unable to play such a DVD but a desktop would not..
Shh, Jack Valenti might hear you!

...But I do not remember an Animated Trek series at all. Could someone explain more about it?
...an "Apple", with "holes" in it, which could be exploited by "Worms"...
Well, I thought it was funny, at least.
Someones doing a VB Compiler in Mono
.vbs script virii too! Wait...
that would be an interesting thing should it ever produce binary compatibles.
Hey, maybe Linux users can get

As it's default kernel? I thought that the 2.6 kernel has matured enough to be a stable default?
...could we say that it "Crashed and burned?"
But Sun's not going to be around, so it won't matter. :D
Sun's not going to be around? Is there still time to sell my solar panels then?

I came in here expecting a story about pirates and the dearth of video games about them. Maybe a ninja thrown in for good measure.
:(
How let down
Sounds like an april fools joke
So no more "Eat Up Martha" jokes?
:(
Tis a sad day for us all then
Surgical implanets to repair lost memory cells in the human brain. Was there not a film about this a few years ago called Johnny something?
Y'know, for the life of me, I can't remember...
No one will ever need less than 640mm of memory
