Well lucky lucky you! Or maybe you are a cop, or 'close' with your local gov. The local gov where I got an undeserved ticket did, to my deep surprise, refuse to let me off - even thought I had clear proof of innocence. There is truly corruption in some places. And I'll bet most places - when it suits them.
So, this makes some sense. MOST people prefer to keep their heads in the sand. Keep having referendums until a vast majority of the constituents show they UNDERSTAND the issues and that they are casting an educated vote.
YET - the referendum needs to verify that the voter understands the issue and ramifications. History has proven that many people vote blindly, and that is bad for everyone. So, then, it is first and foremost a necessity to EDUCATE the constituency before asking their choice. One cannot paint the walls when the walls are not yet completed!
When 75%-plus finally do vote, then the referendum outcome will, indeed, show a much better representation of the majority of the people.
Is having a Designated Driver now illegal?! So, if I go out with a group and have a designated driver, we could be subjected to arrest anyway?! And, what about hitchhiking? (I know; hitchhiking is risky anyway - for both the ride and the rider.) C'mon, people! I get that safety and liability can be a concern, yet both adult parties are consenting to the sharing. (Irregardless of the supposed financial ramifications on the taxi industry.)
I thought that a Democracy was to promote the sharing of societal concerns. I will NOT allow this silliness to hinder my constitutional rights!
Is gravity akin to a change in the (local) pressure of time-space, which increases on approach to mass. The more the mass, the more displaced time-space is, and the higher the pressure - the greater the gravity.
Seems silly to me. The cost barely justifies the ends. I sympathize with artists (most of whom struggle to make a living), yet if one does the math, the cost is not justifiable. e.g. Say an arena seats 10,000, and 6,000 phones need to be checked. If 6,000 (cellphone security bags) cost perhaps $5/ea, that is $30,000. Consider a 10%-to-20% loss per event, that is 600-1200 replacements per event, at an additional cost of $3,000-$6,000 per event. I question if that artist would be loosing that much in lost sales, as I cannot see fans opting to wait for the YouTube version vs. being there for the event.
True, I may be biased, as I prefer to support my fav artists first hand. Yet, if I happen to take a video at an event, it is because I want to remember something. And, if I show it to friends, there is a good chance those friends will buy tix for that artist's next event (or perhaps a CD or a download).
On the other hand, who foots the bill for the devices? Surely it is passed-on to the ticket buyer.
Consider the source of that comment: an exec for the company in (some) countries with large illiterate populations. It appears to me that this exec is referring to spreading Facebook to even illiterate populations, without regard for spreading (real) education!
It is entirely possible that the NSA has contributed to the thwarting of terrorist activity somewhere, sometime(s); even though we may have not heard about it.
Question is: Is this really (President) Gary's plan to have us all THINK the NSA will have gone away; while actually keeping it now covertly?
If you have to ask, then you might want to find a new career. Anyone knows that anything on the web is ultimately vulnerable and very likely accessed by someone unintended. Why even chance it?
On further thought, why am I even wasting time replying?! (That's rhetorical, if you haven't figured that out yet.)
Perhaps the P/C answer is: It depends on your capacity for risk of being exposed.
Gotta love it! It seems logical: Poor folk cannot afford dope! Rich folks afford the pay-offs to reduce taxes so they can by more dope! Problem is that the dope clouds their judgement such that they forget to help those poor folk! See - that trickle-down shit does NOT work! The only thing trickling down is the cocaine trickling down the throats of the rich and greedy! And I digress from here.
Point is: Rich folk need to actually pay a fairer share of taxes. Period.
Sure, who wouldn't want to save even $800,000,000! If Amazon had any real human compasion, they funnel that savings into programs for the now unemployed folks that these robots created! WTF?!
Do yourself, and the world, a favor: publish the Hillary-damning data ASAP - BEFORE the Democratic National Convention, with hopes that Hillary will not get selected as a candidate for president, so that we can get a far better leader into office (perhaps Bernie?!).

That's 'cum', not 'come'. And, believe me, they WILL!
Worse than that: Irregardless of where it was made, why would anyone use Trend Micro for anything beyond trivial applications?!
No. It is a country of incontinents. Oh! Sorry. I meant incompetents!

How fast do gravity waves travel?

Would someone explain to me what a non-misuse might be?
Did you pay near $900 for it?
.... Totally trustworthy.
Trustworthy?! Like you? I suppose you are looking to just make backup copies of your cards, Right?

Apropos when used in context for society's 'cancers' - like those politicians we love to hate so much!

What they may really be saying is FUCKED-YOU - again!
And, the check is in the mail...

This explains why MS products are so buggy! The staff has been indulging!
Highly unlikely.

Do we need another youtube? I doubt that text will go away. Anyone wish to make a wager on this?
...unless they have FTL capability.
...and those dead people are voting for Trump - just to spite the living!
