I have a keychain that uses a spring-loaded clip to attach a second ring. The main, fixed ring holds the "vital" stuff (apartment, mailbox, office, RSA token, swisskey knife); all the other stuff is on secondary rings i can attach and detach at will (girlfriend's keys on one ring, bike keys on another, random friends who've given me keys on a third, parents' keys on a fourth).
This doesn't prevent me from leaving my girlfriend's keys in my kitchen drawer, of course, but in principle, it's a great system.
one of the few things i really can't stand about my iphone is that mobilemail, afaict, has no "don't auto-load pictures" setting. i worry from time to time about getting tracked or hacked by IMG links in spam that makes it past my filters. (this is particularly ironic given the 1.0.1 PNG jailbreak....)
more importantly, if i could travel at least forty-six light years out and set up a really huge antenna, i could recover the lost episodes of doctor who!
yes, buying them requires presenting your national id.
isn't the universe essentially a black hole by definition?

200 billion light years. Oy.
I see morons all the time who write "MAC" when they mean "Mac", but I think this is the first time I've seen the reverse mistake.

pioneer still sells a laserdisc (video) player. how hard it would be to use this to read a LD-ROM (or whatever these were), i have no idea.

Anyone left in EQ is hard-core by definition. Why didn't they study WoW?
Somewhere, someone smarter than you is saying "They're freaking producers! This woman is an idiot if she expects any money from this. It's not like she's investing in pirates!"
