SCULLY: Now we're going to run a few tests. This is a simple lie detector. I'll ask you a few yes or no questions, and you just answer truthfully. Do you understand?
Seems to me that HP are better off keeping their piece of the $10 billion. You gotta spend money to make money but I fear this isnt the best way to improve their bottom line in the short term. Which is exactly what needs to be done since Carly got the shaft. I think they're taking their eye of the prize.
I am an analyst (although somewhat amature) and I "PREDICT" that Google could enter any online market and succeed and take significant market share if not dominate in said market. Given their history of buying up the best technology and the best people and providing them with a stimulating productive atmosphere. Besides they can always throw money at it until they succeed.
the lady and I realized it's time for more photo-prints in the house
This lady you refer to, this is your mother perhaps? I imagine a basement devoid of any natural light could really benefit from a couple of crazy digital prints.
While Sharman Networks is based in Australia here is the company structure:

The beneficial owne rs are Vanuatu International Trust Company Ltd as a trustee for the Sharman Trust.
Sharman License Holdings is 100 per cent owned by Sharman Networks, and the beneficial owner is Sharman Trust.

Lindsay Barrett is a partner of BDO in Vanuatu. He's also director of Vanuatu International Trust Company, VITCO.
VITCO is the trustee of the Sharman Trust and owner of the whole of the issued capital of Sharman Networks Limited.
The nominated eligible beneficiaries as defined in the trust deed are the International Red Cross.
The International Red Cross claims to have never been contacted about this.
Nikki Hemming is listed as "director" of VITCO, which is the beneficial shareholder of the Sharman companies located in Vanuatu.
Sharman operates in Australia via LEF Interactive.
LEF is an Australian registered private proprietary limited company. Sole director is Nicola Anne Hemming, whose only property asset has been sold to Sharman accountant John Simon Myer.
LEF has paid up capital of $1.00.
If you can set up this sort of company structure and understand it, you deserve to live in a multi million dollar mansion.
Now I cant remember what your question was but I hope my answer clears it up for you...
What is stopping Sharman Networks from closing down and starting up under a different company and name. I would think that brand has almost zero good-will when it comes to p2p clients... why bother jumping through hoops when it seams like they could start again at very low cost and have **AA begin their whole lawsuit process again (at great expense of both time and money).
This has been around for years in the UK. I used to work for a company that used the service(A very large mobile phone retailer). Let me tell you, as a call centre rep who took the calls it was total bollocks most of the time. Dead lines from people who change their mind, and worse just people not knowing what their doing. Its very gooods though for people who cant pick up a phone and dial. But what the hell do they want with a mobile phone anyway??
It amazes me to see what can happen when corporations and communities embrace these sort of online ditribution methods. If it were in america you'd have who ever produce Star Trek screaming about pirates stealing the food out of their mouths and the shirts off their backs..
Well done, this can only lead to more free entertainment.
My friend studies film at college, he told me that most hollywood movies have the same theme (for want of a better word).
it actually ruins allot of movies for me now.
anyway, movie starts off builds up slowly to a climax, then something goes wrong (billy almost dies etc) then when you think its going to get better, buyt something even worse happens, then it all turns out fine and the movie ends.
next time your watching a movie think about this, youll find its true for most "blockbusters"
wish i could describe it better but its friday afternoon, and my brains been turned off.
No need to worry, luckly the sprinkler system was off site so it survived the fire unharmed... phew! y,know, its close scares like this that make you really appreciate your plumbing.
Bill Gates: "Linux is too hard to install and has no support"..
Me: "Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy takes out his phone and calls the emergency services.
He gasps: "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says: "Calm down, I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a gunshot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says: "OK, now what?"
i'll bite.
WTF is the Flux Capacitor used for then moron?

If these episodes are so lost how come I have seen them all on TV?
I cant see the problem. If you must write an autobiography (about yourself) then just ask someone else to write it for you. About you. OK?
