Uh, I think he just did. By maintaining a closed DRM and refusing to license it and manufacturing the only hardware that supports it, Apple has established a monopoly on the online music market just as surely as Microsoft has on the OS market.

Sorry there is nothing "sketchy" about it seeing how the sytem not held in secret and was not disclosed to the public how the basic system was to work. Do not confuse a "closed" system with being sketchy. I also seem to recall that was not out apple but Napster basically saying "Hey I put all my eggs in one basket and its the baskets fault I did this." Now that is a "sketchy business prectice."

You clearly did not even read what you quoted. Go back and read it again. Star Wars Galaxies was changed for the betterment of the game in the eyes of Sony Entertainment Online and Lucasfilm. They only mention it in sales table, but Guild Wars is one of the best selling MMORPGs because it has no monthly fee. Well thats because its not really a MMORPG, but a clone of Diablo, yes I own both and I play both so I know what I am talking about. So quit being a marketing moron and passing along false information about this being a MMORPG. I would call it an OPRG.

Well I have stopped buying AE games at least on the PC due to the problems that have been reported with Sims2 and the game not running when you have legal cd/dvd burning software installed. I think the loss of revenue is not any one thing but many things adding up, such as the law suits for developers not being paid for overtime, lazy rehashed titles being pushed out the door that are clearly beta and had not been tested, and many others that other posters will be kind enough to post about.

Ok I am not able to visit any of the links from work "silly firewall and all" but I agree that it would not be all these things mentioned. I think that if they do raise the max level to something other than 60 that these levels will be more linked to a hero class/rank or something of the sort. They may also be normal levels but minus the talent point with each level. The latter will not mess with the balance as much as a 31/31/4 distro of points.
