Apparently, they made an ATM card and withdrew all my funds at an atm in Romania.
This came up in a conversation yesterday. There are numerous Medical transcription companies running HOME BASED medical transcriptionists out of the Philippines for a penny a line. The have no security over the data.
The probability of fraud or worse, blackmail high.

Half up front no exceptions. Take the client's money with your merchant account so your customer can be assured he can chargeback if you flake.
