    I think you missed the parent post's point about renting not owning. He said he wouldn't buy the game until a non-steam or reliable crack(thus making the game non-steam) not that the parent poster wanted to play the game for free(gratis). Your accusation of piracy is akin to saying I am pirating my printer by buying a non-oem ink cartridge.

    Perhaps you have heard of former head of Vivendi, Mr. Messier, you see most of Vivendi's money is in the water business, and he went on an acquition spree, but now he is gone, so they could easily get out of the games business. Also perhaps you have heard of Interplay or maybe read about Fallout 3 being sold to Bethesda? Thus this stuff does happen. Or Valve could decide that Half-life 2.5 is the new greatness and no one shall play Half-life 2 online multiplayer any more.

    What is even more fun is if you were to have a BLEVE(Boiling-Liquid Evaporating Vapor Explosion)event, although that might be difficult with hydrogen. If you were to use propane as the hydrogen source for the fuel cell that would be more likely.

    Ok folks, put down the kool-aid, The US military(not sure about others) has the concept of illegal orders, wherein a grunt can refuse to comply with an order(eg kill babies point blank) due to it being illegal.

    True, but here is the fun part. By US standards most banks in China aren't solvent. Now what happened the last time there was a big credit crunch in an asian nation? The currencies in the region all fell. Also look out for commodity prices to crash once China's economy slows.

    No, you don't understand we built so many weapons so that a first strike by the Soviets would not be able to take out all our nukes, thus preventing the US from retaliating. Anyways, the Chinese by building the 3 Gorges dam have provided a target that a single tactical nuke could inflict more damage then a megaton H bomb.
