Sony's meeting huge financial difficulties with pricing and positioning Blue Ray, especially that PS3 turns out to be a massive failure and 6 months later is bought by Microsoft.
You were doing okay until you got to this part. The Playstation divison of Sony is just that: a division. There is still the other hardware they produce, and their content areas that can still be very profitable even if the PS3 bombs.
But seriously, I'm a switcher because of Boot Camp. Truth be told, I'm about ready to remove the windows partition off my macbook as I am using it less and less.
The big difference is that IE and MSN are both Microsoft products. Google doesn't produce Firefox, and therefore has no control over what search engine they decide to default to.
The Grudge was almost tongue-in-cheek about it's scares. I.E The high-rise apartment section. The evil spirit has to be buzzed in?? I thought that was awesome!
I was looking to replace my desktop, and while i could build my own, I really don't have the time for it anymore. I was looking at getting a Dell, as out of the OEM's it's probably the best one.
Then I read about boot camp.
Last week I picked up a MacBook Pro and an Apple Cinema Display for home. I was curious about the OS, but I fully expected to be living off the Windows partition after the novelty of OS X wore off.
After a week, and I try not to touch the windows side if I can help it. Consider me a convert. Boot camp worked.
Yeah, component-wise, maybe Apple is pretty close to what those specific components cost. But they could choose only *slightly* less powerful stuff and shave a huge amount off the price.
Tell me how this is any different with top end PC's? If you get the fastest processor on the market, it will be significantly more expensive than a processor that is not quite the fastest. If you're buying on the bleeding edge, then any slight downgrade will be a significant price cut. It doesn't matter who you're buying from.
My guild has 4 husband/wife couples in it... (But I don't think they all met ingame)
Paladin: It's okay! I've got Blessing of Protection!
I didn't know Apple published SimCity...
problem is that players burn through content faster than it can be developed.
Actually, the parent was trying ot say the PS2 was faster than the Gamecube, ignoring the specs that others have posted.
:)
I'm on your side man.
That is frighteningly plausible.
People pay money for windows applications?

CometCursor will accentuate my OSX desktop nicely! I can't wait!

Wow, that's a hell of a fantasy! What's it called?
"The Aristocats"
You can keep your two bits to yourself, thank you very much.
"Great news, everyone!"
Counterstrike is a RPG. I play the role of a counter-terrorist protecting freedom.
The Atari Joystick was not analog. It was basically a D-Pad with a stick over it. The paddle was analog, but it was only 2 directions.
