    You know, it's silly to even have this type of "story" at Slashdot since it is a TROLL to began with. It does not matter what happens with Surface, since it's a Microsoft product, good bad or great, it will not get an unbiased review here.

    Years ago, I purchased an expensive watch. WHY? Because I discouvered that over the years I had spent that much on a series of CHEAP watches that I would eventually break, or they would simply give up working.

    In 1990, I paid $1500 for a nice watch. It still works today, 23 years later, and I expect I will own it until I die.

    I am in Seattle, where I used to listen to KGO (810AM) at night just about every night until they gutted their talk-show format for bullshit sports and other inane news drivel. In fact, in the 80's when I lived in the mountains of the Oregon Coast Range, I always tuned in KGO as soon as the sun set.
