  1. You all need to do MORE research on The Uncertain Future of Global Population Numbers · · Score: 1
Your due diligence research is dubious. You looked at a couple of links so you could come back and say I was full of shit. This is not research. I won't answer every question about conspiracy theories. If you had a brain, you would be more thorough and keep an open mind.

I've never really understood the mentality behind 'debunkers'. My only guess is it's insecurity. Wanting to seem reasonable and rational. Down to Earth. I'm curious how this person defines a minion and keeps themselves out of that description.

There is no website that is going to enlighten you if you are looking for a specific outcome. Try reading some books for a larger perspective.

    Architects of Conspiracy
    Pawns in the Game

If you don't have an Infragard membership or a place secured in [the real] Iron Mountain, you are like me and are fukced.

Why is FEMA building all these prisons that remain empty? When you drive down the street, look at the backs of the signs on the opposite side. Do you see all the stickers? Those are tactical markers. Not in any language since they are designed for UN (Chinese? Russian? blankaznian?) troops to direct them to the local resources. Just start looking.

Still the Sarah Connor Chronicles is entertaining. Don't pay attention to the banks beginning to crumble. The Visa check card is here so why use cash?

I'll get the digital copies from other sources and since I already paid for the albums years ago,.. I'm all set. Great!

I wouldn't expect Apple [records] to give me free cd's since that is an additional object, therefore requires an additional purchase. But I paid for the records already so having a digital recording that I produced myself is what 'I' consider fair use.

  6. [free] Hotspots already work great.. on Ericsson Predicts Swift End For Wi-Fi Hotspots · · Score: 1

Hotspot infrastructure is already in place. Why would it 'go away'? Will everyone in the world take down their hotspots because some wireless carriers have an alternative technology? There will be 'some' demand for the cellular service, but no one is going to go out of their way to pay for what's already there.

  7. Computer IS a tool on A New Paradigm For Web Browsing · · Score: 1

I'd rather NOT think of it as an extension of my mind. I think the issue is the term 'computer' is what's changing. I have several devices that are complete 'computers' themselves, but I wouldn't use them for anything other than their intended use. My home machine/s?.. I need those F* keys and the SysRq key. No sensors for my frontal lobe thank you. Just give me that old clunky standard 101/102 keyboard, 3-button mouse, video & serial port.

  11. unix switch could actually happen on Microsoft Trying To Appeal to the Unix Crowd? · · Score: 1

It would seem a smart move for MS to go the way apple did w/ OSX. Tailor a unix kernel the way they want it and then dress it up to have the olde familiar windows look. Desktop users wouldn't know the difference and admins and power users would rejoice. There would be a bit of grumbling initially since so many admins would have to go out and learn something new, plus get new certs, &c., but ms can make changes of that size and people just put up with it. The only reason I can think of them not doing it, is out of fear that admins who normally only learn useless windows crap would now have 'some' inherent understanding of competing operating systems and 'some' actually useful cross-platform skills instead of just being exclusively invested in ms stuff. Do they still talk about posix in school?
