Courts define the constitution and the law--remember Marbury v. Madison. How did they get that power? They interpreted it. Why can they interpret it? It's their power. How did they get that power? (STACK OVERFLOW)
If you call a game "Life & Death" in Japan, won't they think you're talking about Go? Though considering that a PC can't play decent Go, I guess a portable would be pretty awful:)
No...the cool kid gets to like to nerdy girl, but then she learns it was a joke and blows him off. But then realizes how shallow he was and turns a new leaf and gets her back. Also he breaks up with his stupid cool friends who get totally burned for being stupid. Also it turns out the nerdy girl is hot but nobody realized because somehow movie stars are only hot if they aren't wearning glasses.
Using vim to mark the console as insecure in/etc/ttys is hardly "commercial":)
Better yet, use OpenFirmware protection (which is really a must-have for schools imo).
I don't know, if someone decided to be good solely because of Pascal's Wager, I think a sensible god would send him to Hell. Of course, this assumes that there is a sensible god:)
The networks supposedly don't enjoy 1st amendment rights because the airwaves belong to "the people," so it's not really violating their rights. Now it sets a precedent that the government can regulate media--they are making a farce of the very idea of free speech. I consider the justification for regulating the airwaves tenuous, but at least they only get away with it because they have such a rationalization. If they touch cable at all, it is censorship, pure and simple.

The transducer for all three is the same, part no. 49294. I spoke with a bit too little qualification as there are other subtle differences such as in the acoustic chamber between 580/600 and 650, but still not the sort of thing most sane people would plunk down an extra hundred bucks or so for:)
I wouldn't count on it, though sometimes this is explicitly the case. For example, Sennheiser makes three models of headphones, HD-580, HD-600, and HD-650 which are all essentially the same but with more QC in the higher models. Theoretically, HD-580 cans could sound as good as HD-650's, but the HD-650's are guaranteed to sound the best. But this is all one brand, and a situation where the company isn't lying--probably not the norm.

Why worry about an amendment to ban gay marriage when what we need is an amendment overturning the prohibition against corruption of blood?</sarcasm>
Mario 64 was the best technology demo I ever played!
The quadruple bucky strikes back!
You can roll dice to compose a minuet, however.
2. ???
3. Profit!
Seriously though, run the command in a shell, relaunch Safari and change user-agent in the debug menu.
If the iPod didn't play mp3s, nobody would buy it.

Saying that being against piracy is being against sharing is exactly the same sort of BS that organizations like the RIAA use.

Not only does Chinese not have spelling, but one can type quite fast using Wubi.
I'd like to make fun of this guy, really I would...but how? He already sounds like a stereotypical villain from an Ayn Rand novel.

Actually in German, all five of those words would be combined into one compound."Quebecer" isn't French. "Québécois" is. The tongue troopers are coming to your place of residence right now.
Nero sucked but now he's dead.
I use a headphone amp, you insensitive clod!

All your base are divided in three parts.
The kernel is called XNU and is based on BSD and Mach (yes it is a microkernel); most of the subsystems are based on BSD (primarily FreeBSD).
