Wrong, The spacecraft would be considered American soil just as all ships are and all embassy's around teh world, therefore he was on American Soil while the crime was committed
Well that's what idiots get for not reading the Terms of service to a contract and just hitting accept..When you wanna game screw having rights..its time to PWN SUM NOOBS!
Wrong: only 80% not 99%, and the fact you can go to other providers for GSM in the US makes your argument complete BS. Any other company can startup their own GSM network.
Your statement
"If AT&T succeeds in buying T-mobile, there will be only 1 nationwide GSM cellphone provider left in the USA and that provider will be AT&T. Effectively if you want a GSM cellphone in the USA, you will have to buy it from AT&T."
No there would still be multiple nationwide GSM providers , they just wouldn't own their own network you idiot. All the other GSM providers might rent space from them but they are completely separate companies...JACKASS!
Wrong: Tracphone with 17 million subscribers is GSM and its Nationwide- It is currently the 5th largest cell provider in this country..
The eight largest (in order of subscribers) are
Verizon (102 million)
AT&T (97 million)
Sprint (51 million)
T-Mobile USA (34 million)
TracFone Wireless (17 million)
MetroPCS (9 million)
U.S. Cellular (6 million)
Cricket Communications (6 million)
Would people feel the same way if Verizon was trying to buy MetroPCS..i think not..Why ATT has the bad name since the break up, and Tmobile is a more known name...Doesn't matter if they are the only GSM provider that does not violate the Sherman Trust act because you are still not a monopoly in the cellphone market...only in certain types.
AT&T has nothing on it's competition besides and economic advantage which is steadily shrinking
You say they are shrinking and i am calling you out on that BS line. I know people who are on sprint that cant wait for their contract to end to jump ship straight out for the lies from customer service
And yet ATT is still outselling Verizon in the Iphone department, and still has a higher new customer rate
Verizon (VZ, Fortune 500) said it activated 2.3 million iPhones in the second quarter, far fewer than the 3.6 million AT&T (T, Fortune 500) activated over the same three-month period

No I am just simply stating that there needs to be overhauls first before we attempt to make every car plugin--I happen to live in the first world, I live in Sacramento California, the Capital of the eighth largest economy in the world...But governments need to do more about making sure there is enough electricity first without cars plugging in before the try to overhaul automobiles. Maybe some more Nuclear Plants in Nevada or more regulation about energy costs.
Which you do realize where most of that energy comes from right..No it would not solve most of the problems..When we get 100% of our energy through Other then coal means..thats when the problems will be mostly solved
So if a cop takes your phone, what if you have corporate secrets on your phone, wheat if they were to misjack the machine into it and break it? I am wondering if this machine of theirs could void warranties..And wouldn't this be considered breaking encryption, which is same law against people who rip thier dvd's and get in trouble for it.
really because I work for ATT and i don't fear my job..1/2 of Tmobiles things are outsourced like most of the call tree's and HR, and they will still need to have the stores open to serve all their new customers..I haven't been fearing being laid off since SBC bought Pacbell
No i said we need to put more into infrastructure, and remove all copper and replace with fiber optic. In the first part I am talking about developing better infrastructure for communications. In the second I am speaking about 1 specific resolution regarding theft of copper from AT&T's lines is to replace all copper telephone lies with fiber. You are trying to make yourself by cherry picking my words..
Actually AT&T just replaced several miles of telephone wires from the poles and those were copper with Steel Reinforced shroud around it. I know because I had to hand deliver a payroll check to the guy doing the splicing of the wires
Ok read the title of this article."AT&T Goes After Copper Wire Thieves ".Its about AT&T..not about electrical transmission. I am talking about PHONE LINES, because guess what, that's what the article is about Smart guy!
Well i guess if you cant "have the time and energy to be trying to keep 100% on top of these things." then i guess you deserve what you get. I will always read contracts i am about to sign, and cross out things i don't agree with. If the Other side of the contract doesn't agree, that means i go to the next place with better contract terms. Problem is people are to lazy and to willing to give away the even the most personal of their information for a $5.00 discount.
That's why you pay attention before you sign the contract, or when the bill comes out..They have to tell you by law that you can cancel your plan on certain changes
Get a Job you hippy and get away form those Occupy protests

Except cities who are have to have rolling blackouts..Elderly be damned, you dont need no stinking AC's...We need to power our vehicles
Which you do realize where most of that energy comes from right..No it would not solve most of the problems..When we get 100% of our energy through Other then coal means..thats when the problems will be mostly solved
Did he look at you and say , What the hell priest first now the parishioners too!
Sorry i need to upgrade for Diablo 3 coming out soon

This article is about ATT& and its lines: That would be phone wires, not power distribution wires. Hence my comment about replacing them with Fiber..
But who will watch the watchers
Actually AT&T just replaced several miles of telephone wires from the poles and those were copper with Steel Reinforced shroud around it. I know because I had to hand deliver a payroll check to the guy doing the splicing of the wires

So what we just need to do is put more into infrastructure, remove all copper and replace with fiber optic..Voila no more copper thefts!
It's not fat, It's thick plated!
