    It seems like VoIP will become more and more commonplace. I predict it will maybe be used about 50% or 75% of the telephone system by about 2010.

    There's one problem, going to Mars is going to cost a shitload of money and slashing one measly little problem wont do shit, it wouldn't even put a dent in the Mars budgets (which is what it needs)

    Our adminstration should have thought of going to war before deciding to all the suddenn going to Mars. Unless, Bush is planning to free Mars

    I mean it's a little hard to go to Mars right now. Here's why:

    We don't have a ship design

    We're also focusing on bring the shuttle back

    The ISS is in fucking shambles and hasn't gotten very far

    All of the money is going towards another Bush project, [cough]Iraqi Freedom[/cough]

    I'm all for keeping Voyager alive, we've gotten this far, we should continue until that last very faint radio signal is beamed back to us.

    Yahoo! Maps did also, I belive the got rid of it. I remember it was around in 2001-2002, then it disappeared, at first I thought it was national secuirty, but it's the bubble burst now I bet. Either that, or a combo of both.

    Though finally, I was just thinking about this a few days ago.

    I wonder if they'll intergrate this into Google Local

    Fair use is meant for schools and stuff related to education somewhat. It's mentioned in one of our schools textbook.

    According to Wikipedia:

    Fair use makes copyrighted work available to the public as raw material without the need for permission or clearance, so long as such free usage serves the purpose of copyright law, which the U.S. Constitution defines as the promotion of "the Progress of Science and useful Arts" (I.1.8), better than the legal enforcement of claims of infringement.

    I didnt the scoop, darn! Anyways... I was thinking the same thing, how the hell could read all of that, that's impossible for me. But also, wouldn't this lead to alot of accidents. I mean the women looks like she's walking while reading. What would happen if you all the sudden were walking in a crosswalk when it turned green. It seems more like a safety hazard. Don't make me get started on cars. I expect major pileups someday if this is ever deployed in the US.

    If it's supposed to replace inspection stickers, then why does it just contain stuff that belongs on the registration title? Inspection stickers are for emissions, not for you registration. Then again, I don't what they do down in Texas with their cars.

    I'm for it. NASA has turned into pussies now. What happened to good ole days, when they were fearless space cowboys. When the guys in Apollo 1 died in that test did they say "fuck it" and cancel Apollo., no they didn't! Did they cry to their mother when Apollo 13 was in trouble. No! They went and spent hours up trying to bring our men home.... And they did it! When Hubble fucked up before did they say "fuck it" and just leave it there... NO! We should save Hubble. I'm for it!
