I have used IE for all of my browsing until just recently. I downloaded Mozilla after reading an article on slashdot about the new release, and I love it.
The do not call list has been working well for me with phone calls... until recently. Now I get calls from people with heavy accents! I suppose they are calling from a different country? All of these spammers, email and phone, are always going to try to find a work around.
"GAME MUSEUM COLLECTION"
So this guy has a museum? Anyone know anything about this museum? I imagine he has to keep it all somewhere. I don't think all of this would even fit in my place.
So sometime in the future we are going to have people being arrested because their DNA indicates that they have a very aggresive/compulsive/sadistic whatever predisposition. It's easy for the authorities to say that they are only going to use it for crimes, but who knows what they might decide to do in the future. I think that this is going to far.
No doubt! That's exactly what I am doing, except for the dropping out part. I am starting my MBA this fall, but I consider it my backup plan. Starting a business is a lot of fun because it's challenging.
I know that links to your site from other sites, high ranking sites in particular, is very important. In fact, many popular sites that I visit have traffic exchange programs. Funny thing is that they often offer to send more traffic than what they receive from you. Seems odd until you realize that they are also in it for the page ranking on google.
These things are tiny! I bet they could launch them with satellites and control them from ground if they need to fix something or whatever. Anyway, pretty cool.
I have gotten quite a bit of spam that is actually written in Chinese. I don't think I have gotten any spam in Russian. I actually got a piece of junk mail that I thought was funny once. The subject was "Hard times ahead!" and I thought it would be about saving money, but it was for viagra or something.
I don't get it, can someone explain to me why the new media costs so much. Whenever a faster recorder comes out, whether it was a CD recorder in the past, or DVD recorders now, the media prices are so expensive. A couple of years ago DVD-R 4x media was really expensive, but now it's cheap... What's up with that? It's definitely something I have in mind before I buy something like this.
When I was in middle school my teachers told me it was safe to look at partial eclipses with a welders mask on, but I have heard otherwise. Does anyone know about this?
"The man fled the scene on his Segway. Police think he lives in the neighborhood. "
Wow, I would have figured he rode his segway from a different city.
There's also a new Open Clip Art Library established to collect and promote SVG clip art for use in any of the open source drawing tools
Good idea, but it looks like they still have a lot of work to do.
Instead of continually advancing the 2D display devices, why don't we work on 3D. I'm holding out for a hologram projector! I'm sure someone is working on it.

"Now imagine the computing power of a few hundred qubits, if ever constructed..."
:)
Tron?
Is this true? Does someone know? This would be very useful. I just tried to send both examples above through hotmail but it didn't allow it.

Ok, I'm not an expert but if your watch is emitting your credit card information.... how can that be secure?

My girlfriend is a dog and knows a lot more than 200 words!

How much will it cost?
I vote for cutting off their testes.
I have google toolbar that blocks popups, but some things still get through. I suspect that they might have a deal to let some ads through?
I'm sure they also expelled a lot of data during this research.

What are they talking about? I've built plenty of meaningful relationships in the Sims!
As a college student I think I will stick with the old fashion iron. Funny how the people that would enjoy these things the most can't afford them :(

I think it would be interesting if they could put these on Mars sometime in the future.
