    If you want something completely open, you can run Trolltech's Qtopia on the latest Openmoko hardware.

    when they finally find their direction maybe.
    oh, and offer a keyboard that can be used without the head of a straight pin as a stylus.

    3G would be useful as well.

    Qtopia is getting there but still has a long way to go for running a phone of everyday use.

    what it is good for is having a little linux-based computer to carry around performing network intrusion tests and the like. As a phone, though, no thanks.

    it's actually 57K/year/child. The new child care facility has around 230 sq ft per child available (far larger than the space I got as a kid in day care). The setup was introduced by Sergey Brin's sister-in-law, Susan Wojcicki. And the upset employees are indeed taking their children elsewhere, according to this article.

    those are strings of individual atoms composing the strand of dust that just dropped into the field of view of the microscope being used by the scientist who is looking at our solar system right now.

    Or possibly cause you got a better deal if you pre-ordered it. Mine was on my doorstep on 10/21. I didn't go to any store to purchase it.

    FTR, this phone is great. It's fast and responsive and anyone who thinks it is a steep learning curve must be challenged in some mental area or another. Pretty simple to use.
