From what I remember from school health class. The rule of thumb is 0.02 up for every drink, and 0.02 down for every hour after the first hour. So 0.08 would be 5 drinks over two hours. That would make 0.20 something like 11 drinks over 2 hours or 12 drinks over 3 hours.

Now you just follow Alberto Gonzales (US Attorney General) stating "I do not recall" that way you don't have to worry about 5th amendment protection, you just have a bad memory.

Also 1 foot is a very usable length, there is too much of a gap between meter and centimeter, do metric countries even use the decimeter? Would you describe me (6'4") as 19.4 decimeters tall?

Now a lot of people now know about Hulu, and think that this is nice but They'd rather watch it on my television. They start looking into other ways to do this and now more people know about Boxee.
Now the content providers notice they are losing viewer share to themselves, and force Hulu to stop Boxee from taking their TV viewer share.

There are some combination events like boxing that are both where rounds are scored by a judge but a knockout (not being able to stand up for a certain amount of time) will trump the score. I'm not saying that the people engaged in artistic Olympic events aren't amazing athletes at the top of their fields. The wobble allows us to find a star with planets to start with. In order to get detailed information about the planets composition it needs to pass between it's parent star and the earth. That way scientists can tell the difference between a rocky type planet 'super-earth' or a gas giant 'hot-Jupiter'. For example some one looking from outside our galaxy looking in would only see earth appear along a fairly narrow axis once every 365.25 days. The closer we would be to the sun the both the wider the viewable area of the earth passing between the sun and the observer, and the more often it would happen.
