I have an iphone 4 and it has the same problem with the top title being cut-off.

Since it copies the files to all the devices you have dropbox on, if the account gets shut down, you still have the files on each device.
The same can be said about 100 other sites and organizations. It doesn't give them the right, or the moral duty, to do anything they have done.
