Thanks for pointing people to that. Starting an aquarium is not an easy thing, but you can learn a lot about the world we live in my looking at the development of a semi-closed biological system.
I would suggest a UPS with a decent power conditioner, especially for your server systems. I sell MGE in Canada and the prices are quite reasonable...sounds like you've already lost systems and data of a value far past what it would cost to install even a really high-end system.
Really it depends on what country you're in. We spell it "colour" in Canada, there's millions of us doing it. All those who don't are swiftly put to death in our killing machines. I suppose that since this is a website that is based in the US and is internationally used I will turn off the killing machines for a bit.
Hey, think about it this way...America has the highest rates of incarceration in the world, by far. What's another 50 or 60 million criminals? The war on drugs is already getting people jailed by the millions, part of me feels that it might be a horrible attempt to develop another slave society in the prison system. America could build itself higher on the backs of prisoners much like it built itself on the back of the black man initially.

On Sept 10th I received several IM's on my k-lite from CRIA (google cache). They seemed to be under the impression that I was somehow breaking the law and needed a reminder of that. The notice came across as well-intentioned and non-threatening, just an appeal to traders of mp3's to think about the poor artists and how wonderful the industry is.

Actually they have another website at applecorps.com. It's much more of a modern multimedia experience.

Well, what record labels do is distribute music. So if Apple Computers is getting into the music distribution business they need to find another name as Apple Music has to be considered one of the most established of record labels.
Branding, while not important to me, is understandably important to a corporate or business entity as that is how they are identified. I couldn't start an ebook distribution company called Scholastic Ebooks, certainly Scholastic the publishing company would have something to say.
I think we just have a (1)negative first reaction to lawsuits and (2) Apple computers is much more in our minds than Apple Music. That shouldn't negate Apple Music's rights to keep their branding untarnished.
I'm starting to feel badly for Thom, he's really not that ugly and yet he's been mentioned many times in this thread as an ugly musician that gets mtv play. He's not a pretty-boy by any means, but certainly not ugly.
There is a 5.2 cent levy on regular, non-music cd-r's and cd-rw's. It is defintely not as much as the music cd's, but it is there.
Is that a challenge?

Really, if that were the reason the third movie won't start with a battle against a giant spider will it?
How about this?
Nothing is provable without a URL.

The word you're looking for is "polyphony".
Was it really like that in America Daddy?
Yes son, it was...until they exploded from within in a grand burst of stupidity.

We call it the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and we try to avoid violating it semi-constantly...also note our near lack of human-rights violations.
I know there's a process to this...with submissions and whatnot, but oh well.
Here's the new Matrix trailer.

Mae Ling Mak is pretty damn fine...
Not the same guy, but Real Ultimate Power is funny as hell.
Your lack of understanding with regards to the concept of joking is noted.
