    The ribbon might be good for people who use office all the time, and it is worth spending some time learning it. But for people who only need to use office every now and again, it is a huge pain to relearn simple menus.

    We are not talking about hair color, or birthdays. People aren't born with the ability to build chips, it takes many years of uni (which india has), as well as many years working in a CPU design company (which india doesn't have).

    I was working for a financial services company last year in the UK. We were paid 500 pounds a week EXTRA to carry a blackberry around, and answer it at any time. We had a number of clients all around the world, so we could get called at any time. I never got a call, until my last week at the company, when i was woken up every morning at 2am and 4am.

    Somebody who gets it. Take a ipod touch if you must have some internet contact, there is free wifi everywhere.

    Don't even take a book. Try talking to people instead, meet new people. There is no need for constant contact with people back home. Buy an extra sd card or two, they are so cheap.

    You do have a reference, you are holding the device in your hands, where your hand will be in the same spot every time, in relation to the keyboard.

    It is ignorant to talk about Apple being upset at not being able to make money from Commodore basic games.

    You can already release as many free games as you want, which cost apple money to host, and they do not make a cent. Apple doesn't care if you release any game you want, or as many as you want for free. They will not stop you (as long as you follow the rules).

    It is clearly not about money. It is about a rule Apple created, not for commodore basic, but for things like flash. basic just happens to fit into this rule.

    Yes, this is the only App available for the iPhone, because Apple has censored every single other application in the world.

    This isn't true, so far both these comments have shown remarkable ignorance.

    It is not all about monopolies, it can be about making the market less competitive. All mergers or takeovers do this, but if the EC decides that it is going to remove too much competitiveness from the market, they will not approve it.

    This is up to the EC to decide, I am sure they do more than just toss a coin.
