    He was 'lying' in that his account of a certain set of dates recalled from memory differed slightly from someone else's recall of a certain set of dates, also from memory. Moreover, the judge threw out the expert witness that Libby wanted to use who would point out that memory is quite fallible.

    Any remotely competent statistician could tell you that a study done where the choice was opt out our have your personal information permanently identifiable with your responses to the survey is going to have a shit CI. Especially when it's a remotely controversial topic. I'm not saying I don't fall on the side of those who want DADT and that one section repealed, I do, it's just that we must be realistic about what the survey actually means, which is jack all.

    I was thinking about that. Part of the reason Sony's so pissed over the PS3 hacks is probably because they had to go back and completely redesign the security on the PSP2. The PS4 as well, but that's at such an early stage that it's much less of a hassle at this point.
