    If I go to a car dealer and buy a car, and the dealer subsequently delivers a different car to me, the dealer failed in his side of the transaction.

    imo, it depends upon what the transaction papers say. Do they say the clinic should deliver the sperm for a "generic child" or sperm with a specific DNA. If the clinic did not abide by the agreement, then everything else is a moot point.

    Whether an increased brand awareness is good or bad is really determined by the quality of that brand awareness. iow, how is this increased awareness of the Burger King brand helping them? Is the mocking helping? How does the mocking bring more people into their stores.

    Is there another message that Burger King could attempt to deliver that would do far better for the Burger King franchise owners?

    I'm not of that opinion. When a company is universally mocked on social media, I have trouble understanding how that is good for that company.

    The research seems to take the approach of posing a hypothesis about how the music industry is losing money due to youtube, and then asking RIAA and a record company executive about the hypothesis. Lo and behold, they agree with the hypothesis.

    imo, this looks like a for-purchase hit piece against youtube, probably because the RIAA is trying to justify its existence.

    From what I read, OpenSSL are saying that if you have contributed, and you don't respond to their request to change the license on the code you contributed, OpenSSL will take your code and change the license on your code without your explicit permission.

    That sounds an awful lot like advertising to me. Let me phrase it differently, the absolute last thing I want out of google home is for some hipster working deep inside google to be able to say, "hey, this is cool, let's spam google home users with it." As of now, Google Home is a non-starter in my household.

    I disagree. I sold something. The recipient said there was nothing in the box when he received it. Payment is taken back and I no longer have the item.
