here in Morocco, I use 3G+ at speed of 1.5 Mb unlimited access at cost of 350 DH ($1 == 8 DH), I use it with my Nokia N95, I can send SMS but I can't call, the only call option is using SIP (like skype), but guess what, I can still have voice chat with friends who are using gtalk, msn or yahoo messenger, people with normal phones can still call me
in other hand, I can connect Nokia N95 via USB and pc suite to get my laptop online, but I never tested this because am on Linux only
