My bro is one of the higher-ups at FDIC. When talking to him last Sunday evening (3 days ago), he said he had to go to work earlier in the day but didn't say why. Which in retrospect is highly unusual, these government career bureaucrats almost *never* work on Sundays.
Clinton is the most owned presidential candidate in history.
She is not only owned by wall street firms and big corporations, she is owned by foreign powers who "donated" money to the Clinton "Foundation". And the funniest part is, she may even be owned by Vladimir Putin!
Right now Putin and Trump are in a love-fest because Trump (having fascistic tendencies) expressed admiration for Putin. But if sometime before the election Putin does a U-turn and starts bashing Trump and says nice things about Clinton, you know something really strange is going on. Like, Russian intelligence got a full dump of the Clinton email server and found some pretty seedy stuff and want her to become president so they can blackmail her into signing treaties favorable to Russia.
you only need big-ass boosters to blast yourself off the ground and into orbit. Once in orbit you can use little thrusters, no problem. Time is not your enemy anymore, even small acceleration will get you anywhere in the solar system. Assuming of course that you can keep the small acceleration going for a long time (which would require large amounts of fuel)
Because it's well understood that the stories reported by Fox News and NBC News are whatever Fox and NBC deem newsworthy. They don't pretend that the stories they've picked are "Trending" or "Shared" amongst regular users.
Basically they're being dishonest. If Facebook wants to push its political viewpoint then they should just come right out and say so. Don't pretend it's all done by an algorithm based on only popularity.
Between the time when the oceans drank Atlantis, and the rise of the sons of Aryas, there was an age undreamed of. This is clearly the evidence of a battle between Cimmerians and Aquilonians.
Sanders and Trump are the only ones actually listening to the American public. That's why these two are the only candidates getting huge crowds and generating big enthusiasm.
Unlimited free trade and open borders helps some Americans (stockholders and business owners) while hurting others (blue collar workers and offshorable white collar workers). As you can guess, the latter category is much larger than the former. Unfortunately those in power (doesn't matter which party) work exclusively for the benefit of the former and does not give a rat's ass about the latter.
I am praying, pleading with everyone. PLEASE vote for Bernie (if you're a Dem) or Trump (if you're an R).
Well you actually get to SELL your airship to NASA and others afterwards, for moar $$$. That's in addition to the $1.5 million prize money. So yeah maybe it could be worth it.
Trump's casinos have done poorly and he most likely regrets getting involved in the gambling racket. He's done very well in office towers and apartment buildings, however.
Feel free to send him to Sweden as a ruling dictator for some time.
Just what we need.
Just curious, are you the only person in Sweden who supports Trump? Or are there others?
I ask because 1. judging by your past posts it does look like you're a person living in Sweden, and I don't know anyone else who lives there, and 2. I've heard that Sweden is the most liberal place on the entire planet, bar none. So it seems odd that the one Swedish person I happen to come across is a Donald Trump supporter.
a jammer interrupts the link between drone and pilot and/or its navigation
For an autonomous drone that relies on GPS... what happens if Airbus jams the GPS naviation? Wouldn't the drone just hover in the same spot while trying to re-establish signal? Or maybe go into an emergency landing mode where it just lands wherever it is.
Ok so the 2nd outcome would be what the jammer wants, but the 1st outcome isn't entirely desirable.
$800 for a monitor? What was it, a 32 inch 4k curved OLED panel?
The monitor inside the Oculus is like 5 inches. Not an expensive component at all. Yes it has other stuff too but just on the strength of its individual components, it doesn't justify a $600 price.
Of course iPhone components don't justify a $650 price either, yet Apple sells gazillions of those... so I'm not saying it's overpriced or not worth buying. There's clearly added value there from all the VR research and integration they've done.
If it's strong enough to withstand any bombardment, we will have to prepare for ground assault.
So it looks like the Hoth scenario is possible, but not the "deflector shields" on spaceships... because the force field only works in the atmosphere (with low amount of humidity)
When I'm getting a surgery, I don't want it interrupted because a Comcast router craps out or a neighbor starts torrenting 4k videos.
I mean, I can understand the need if there were only a few surgeons in the world, but I live in a city and I look around and there's lots of surgeons. Also, in small number of cases where a rare specialty surgeon is needed, airplane tickets are cheaper than telerobotic equipment.
No idea if the Avast plugin is crappy or well-written or what, but it also tried to install itself on my Chrome and Firefox.
Fortunately Firefox had the good sense to ask me,
"An external program has tried to install something (lists the program). Do you really want to install this plugin?"
I said No.
Chrome didn't say anything, and I assume it was installed. Don't really care since I only use Chrome about once a month for sites that crap out in Firefox.
That was 4 months ago, while Sprint was running their promotion. Here is my breakdown of what things cost:
Verizon bill: I was paying $170 per month for my family plan. 2 GB total data between 3 phones (yes we have very strict wifi discipline)
I switched to Sprint, they paid for my Verizon early termination fees.
New Sprint bill: $111 per month for my family plan, 4 GB. I don't know if that 4GB data is standard. The guy at the Sprint store looked at my bill, said oh you're getting 2GB... we'll double that to 4 GB free. I'm like, sure.
So I'm saving almost $60 a month with Sprint as opposed to Verizon. Now, with this new Verizon promotion, they will pay you $350 (plus the early termination fee). But with Verizon's ripoff monthly rates, it wouldn't take long for Sprint's lower rate to overtake the $350.
Two words: Street Fighter GO!
Can you say Hadouken?
n/t
eventually and people will move on to other things.
Anyone remember the Nintendo Wii craze when it first came out?

The $200,000 claim is likely utterly false, unless he was taking bribes to let shit code get through.
Why do you think someone can't save up $200k over a 6-year period on a $95k per year salary? All he'd have to do is sock away half his take-home pay.
There have been stretches in my life where I've saved half (or more) of my after-tax income. Not hard to do if you're single and you live frugally.
Your other points I agree with, however.
will it block Facebook tracking ad shit?

and the other 2 who have actual experience with AI and know how shitty it still is, laugh at him
more legs = more weight and more motors and things to go wrong.
Jet aircraft only have 3 legs even though if any one of them fails to open, it's in serious trouble. Why not 8 legs? Weight, man.
Aircraft builders have solved this problem by making the 3 legs very reliable. They very rarely fail to open. SpaceX just needs better legs.

Wrong. I saw lizards in photographs that Mars Rover totally missed.
In this day and age, it's highly unusual for healthy 42 year olds to die all of a sudden. TFA says nothing about how he died, just that he died.
Car accident, drug overdose, heart attack, or ???

Honda generators are very quiet and extremely well-engineered. A favorite among the RV crowd.
http://powerequipment.honda.co...
Maybe Boston Dynamics engineers should get one of these and do some reverse-engineering.
