You make no sence. In this example Encryption is a form of DRM. You can only play your DVD in a limited amount of DVD players... ones that support your region. Try popping that sucker in a DVD player with a region code other then 1. Also I am seriously doubting that when I burn/play a music cd from iTunes that it is phoning home back to big brother.
How would it hardly get past the lips? If you are drinking it then obviously your mouth would be open, bypassing the lips. At least thats how I drink.
But I do agree that common sence must have a say in matters, you can tell that something is too hot, steam, radiating heat and such.
Ya know if you look really close, there is a dot that blinks in the spotlight icon when indexing. Also if you try to use spotlight (Apple+Space) it will let you know. I agree with you though, if your not looking for it you have no clue.
Agreed but at least here I still configure every computer with the firewall turned on. God Forbid someone or something gets on the network and then you have 100+ computers to fix. Setup the firewall, allow the exceptions that are needed and forget about it.
The question is when do you 'break' something to finally get it right. Sooner or later there has to be a time when Microsoft will take responsibility. I know its not them creating the bots, viruses, and such, but intentionally limiting your security for a little ease of use is what got us to this point.

Yes there were a few viruses for 7-8-9 (under 100 I think), but you should keep the 'ton' reserved for Windows.
And how can that combination not be a winner?
