Oh yes, I was perpared for adulthood by learning how to fuck properly.
Isn't there a difference between knowing your own sexuality and perversion. I bet you in Germany those 13 to 15 year olds are buying the magazines for the articles. I bet you also that they probably put those pictures in the magazines so that they will sell more and if they could do that here in North America, they would.
I have a 9700 AIW pro and had the same problem. Artifacts seemed to appear if the card got too warm. Cleaning the dust out of the fan and heatsink, and making sure the heatsink was on properly helped. This did not get rid of the problem entirly though.
My card later died and I got a replacement under warranty and have not had the problem with my replacement.
"At stake is the fate of high-speed Internet access for millions of Americans, hinging on a fundamental question of civics and economics--whether the government or private industries should take the leading role in building out what's considered this generation's critical infrastructure challenge."
I thought this generation's critical infrastructure challange was repairing our power grid. remember... that blackout in the summer of 2003.
so..... if I sleep less the week before Christmas and Thanksgiving, I'll be able to eat more? right?!?
Dammit! If I only knew this a couple of weeks ago.
Canada does have a military presence throughout the north. It is the Canadian Rangers, which is make up of local Inuit. I don't see how a country could (under international rules) challenge our right to the north or our control over the NorthWest passage. A physical act to take land or sail the waters without permission could be seen as an act of war.

I agree. My point was that individuals, in the end, should be held accountable for actions. Otherwise you could sue any company that made something that could be used for a crime.
If p2p application makers are held responsible for illegal file-swapping, should not gun makers be held responsible for the illegal use of their products?

If all the non-crazy people leave America, won't it just get even more crazy? Thus making a bad situation a whole lot worse.
