I hope this is true and there really is no variable price structure. Althought I would like the price to go down I am a realist and know that some songs will go downa couple cents while the vast majority will go up to 1.99...
I think its insane they think they should get a cut of the ipod revenue? No one told them they can't come out with thier own player...wow the music industry are leeches..
Finally, I can't stand going to a movie store and seeing that they have more vhs then DVD...common who actually rents VHS...DVD is the superior format, it takes up less room, (they do cost more on average:( ) Last longer (if you are not 10 years old, and use the case) and also have more room... I can go on for days.

This is what I also use. It is very simple and always gets the job done. I really recommend this it works on windows and mac's. And has yet to fail me.
I agree bluffing is very powerful in poker. But it is alot harder online because you can only go off people's bet size so usually if a bet is big you think he has good cards because it is not like he has reads on the other players that they are weak. He may have some but definately not the number of reads you would have if you are sitting across from a player.
I don't really have much info on it, but I remember rumors and a picture of an Apple Video Game System awhile back. This turned into nothing but vaporware..but it was a pretty big flop, didnt even see the light of day!
I really don't think sony has it...the xbox live service has done awesome and they are just going to improve on it...this may be the saving grace of xbox2
Seems to me whoever is making these laws definately don't know what ipods are used for...They must think people just steal their music...but with an added 258, now it gives u an excuse to download music.
I really think Napster should stop complaining with apple, make their music player, its not apple's fault they have the half the market. It was just really good advertising and a good player.

I think this is a pretty neat idea, but how much would a regular elevator install cost. That could actually take multiple people and lots of stuff..
