An aspect that this report hasn't mentioned, perhaps as it's an unfortunate and unfair issue in some games, is sadly there can also be code issues at play as well. Many modern games have still suffered from damage dealt or game physics not being frame rate independent which can directly equate to player advantages, Quake 3 for example was well known for having the fastest movement and most useful jumping speed and height on 125 FPS, the issue was fixed many years ago in some mods and subsequently Quake Live by removing the physics system's dependency on frame rate.
A quick search on damage tied to fps brings up quite a few recent results, and I couldn't quickly find evidence that they had all been resolved -
Even including such bugs high FPS is not the be all and end all in a multiplayer shooting game as positioning, better weapons, collecting more health and armour are all strategic elements that usually claim the victory beyond simple aim and damage output. Higher frame rates certainly can aid locating your opponents position quickly and accurately in a high speed fire fight though and are certainly a much more pleasant visual experience, https://www.testufo.com/ can give you a quick example of that without having to leave your browser.
"Since Android was launched over seven years ago, all Android devices have shared a common security model that provides every application with a secure, isolated environment known as an application sandbox. Android was one of the first operating systems to introduce the idea of sandboxing to both protect applications from attacks and protect the device from applications. Sandboxing is used for all applications on the device, including system-level applications. "
... the UI couldn't get any more unusable for the occasional bits of minor work most people ever actually fire paint up for instead of getting hold of something better.
That phrase isn't about someone stepping in front of a bullet for you within your lifetime, you're not thinking far back enough. Consider any exploration your ancestors benefited from, anyone who fought to protect your way of life in a war, or going back far enough simply working out what was food and what was poison by trail and error. Your existence has been possible from the sacrifices of others risking their lives for land, food, knowledge, freedom..
They've been very clear that it doesn't use regenerating health in video interviews, they don't like it, they went for pickups instead, the alphas and betas didn't use regenerating health, and the single player footage that's been on twitch and youtube just days before release has clearly shown it's not in use too.
Will it really be healthier? or will it's lab grown nature actually be terrible for us in the long run, I'm thinking along the lines of the bacterial diversification we are finding we need in our gut to be truly healthy, or the way we're finding growing up in overly clean environments compromises our immune systems. I think growing meat is a great step forward, but I'm not free of concern.
Yes, I see that now, I hadn't looked even considering that as surely it's grossly unsafe in a crash. But then packing this many people in I guess they're dropping any suggestion that survival in a crash is consideration anyway:/ o_O
Seriously, squeezing past people on flights or at the cinema is bad enough already, the pictures of this design look like they've literally not considered people who actually have legs at all getting into the two rows of seats nearest the window.

Ok, but you as the Heartland Institute purposefully ignore all the authorities on climate science to push a financial agenda over a global one, so, what's your point again?
Couldn't agree more.

They're the same thing though just used for different purposes.

Now it might be good who knows, but at first glance it sure looks like it's just trying to cash in on DotA / LoL and Rocket League at the same time.

I guess you're a banker..
I was talking generally, I didn't claim this was specifically new.
I'd been posting this video on all of my friends Facebook shares of the Lexus board already, lol.

It doesn't matter what first form new technology comes in as long as it comes it can later be applied to anything anyone can imagine for it.
