You really can't, you can get pretty darn close, but lets take the case of the truck driver. Yes you could automate dock to dock pickups and deliveries to the same company, but what about when you need to deliver to somewhere else. Take a city like Chicago, do you know how many places in the city don't even have a dock to deliver to, and what about when the truck does get there, who is going to unload the product? How about bulk deliveries of chemicals, or cylinders of compressed gas? You can't just take someone that does UBER and have them do the same job, those require specialized training and certifications, even driving a truck is not that easy. Most driving jobs are alot more than going from point A to point B. Also do you think with all the UNION jobs in the USA that those people are just going to let go of those positions easily and be kicked out because of some AI?
There is planned obsolescence, apple has said as much. When you intentionally hinder a product to worsen it, after you've release a newer better product, that is exactly planned obsolescence. Apple claims it was to improve battery usage or what ever, but that is the worst PR excuse that I've ever heard.
What about when I just need to go to work, and back home? I mean this would be a great supplement to a family, like to get rid of the kids on the weekends, or if you wanted to go out and not need a designated driver. For every day use, most people would not make enough at work every day to cover their uber ride back and forth.
Currently stats say that only less than 10 percent of people in the USA have diabetes, if that number was closer to 50% then hell yes you would be able to get all your supplies at the dollar store. If you look it is a large enough percentage of people to be alarmed, but it's not enough of an issue to make enough people need those medical supplies to make the massive scale of production worth it.
Yes, but on this particular merger, Tmobile is supposed to be the one in charge, and they are the stronger company, while Sprint is the one just kind of getting by. This will help strengthen its position in the market place, and help it mess with the two big guys.
As long as the current management at T-mobile stays in place, and they don't all of the sudden decide to get greedy then it should be a win for everyone. Two companies with not horrible networks will become one with a great network, and they can then really mess with AT&T and Verizon. The two leaders in the industry, just kind of tolerated T-mobile and Sprint, now the company that comes out of this merger will really make them sweat, and this should only shake up the industry.
I'm sure they get dozens if not hundreds of these a year, i could image that its just their own office systems that stalled the process for the seller. I don't fault Amazon, they are just covering their own asses, it really is the sellers responsibility to prove to them that everything is legit.
I'm sorry but hasn't Peapod been around forever. O let me see it was founded in 1989 and had been delivering groceries you buy online since the 90's. So please tell me how amazon is going to revolutionize grocery shopping with the internet again.
It's probably something left around from the 60's and no one today was ever trained to operate it properly. I bet it's a listening device that is just transmitting at a bad frequency.
That's not true, i sued to work at a McDonalds when I was 16. We would use real eggs for the McMuffins, as for the nice folded eggs that go on the biscuts, we would pour this stuff out of a carton it was supposed to be pasteurized whole eggs or Pewe as it as called.
I'm usually a fan of MS, but that is some bull if I ever heard it. Maybe there is not a known ransomware because no one thought to make one yet, I didn't even really realize that OS was even out yet.
Why should anyone care for that matter what network makes the show? Networks don't matter, they haven't probably mattered for a few years now, and they will become more obscure every day. I get it when there were 3 or 4 channels then it was a big deal, but these networks are trying to act like it's still the 1960's and they still matter, when they really don't. Hell kids these days are content to watch youtube videos of some guy commenting while he's playing video games, how in the world is some network supposed to turn that into a 30 min, or 1 hour show that people will enjoy? One more thing, with all the things that people have to worry about on a daily basis, to specifically focus on what network makes a specific show is dumb, and for the networks to think that people should, is even worse.
It probably comes down to the cost factor, the horse guy is a contractor, and the company doing the upgrades is probably a contractor as well. No one cares about how the freight gets there, and no one wants to buy expensive equipment that they need for only a few jobs. Realistically, they would need to drive this thing on a trailer behind the delivery truck to all the jobs to get the freight to the site. Once the jobs are over then they'd be stuck with a machine that they'd probably never use again, so it' just easier to pay this farmer a couple of hundred per job at the most to move his stuff.

Yes, but the cars that have this will most likely be self driving, so the distraction thing will not be an issue.
Grab a really big pot, and some seasoning, I'm hungry.
I would mod this up if I had points.

Wow I haven't heard that name in years, and I work in the rail industry.

You can even get a color one for ~$200, which is not that horrible of a price, I remember when cheap inkjets used to be that much.

So does that say that PC's are dirt cheap now, or that phones are way to expensive?

Considering that our current president didn't pay taxes for 20+ years, maybe we should have taken him off of government subsidies earlier.

Jesus did have a brother and sister, Mary only had a virgin birth the first time.
Forever, just ask facebook, and google.

I'll wait a few months and maybe get one that *cough* fell off a truck, or is slightly used for a bit cheaper. The heat off this thing must be insane.
If your job is creating that much stress and physical abuse, then you are in the wrong job or field of work.

I don't understand why anyone would want to downgrade from windows 10 pro back to the S version. Can someone enlighten me?
