short and sweet, three cheers to the engineers...
i guess good code on not-so-good hardware can do wonders too... like linux on a P3 machine compared to windows XP... what do you say?!
please read this article: http://science.howstuffworks.com/dirty-bomb1.htm. its not the explosion that causes the problem, its the readiation that spreads afterwards...
exactly. ever heard of a 'dirty bomb'. anybody who possess requisite amounts of nuclear materials can make a dirty bomb. and any lunatic who wants to die can destroy the white houses bursting it 6 block away...
that should exactly be the way to do stuff. the algorithm for de-coding should be universal, so that it works for all kinds of hardware and softwares...

yup, the genie is out alright. what i don't get is its particular people that are exploiting the service, the service is not directly at fault. so why not devise way to check these people and not bring down the entire service!!!

Another nail in the coffin of M$. That's how the free market moves. Let's dump the pub tonite and hit the download site...

personally i believe its a pretty useless service unless somebody dosen't know his spellings. i mean a person searching would know what to type in, so why the suggestions part. and there is no guarantee that the suggestion would be any help to the user...
here in india, the government is implementing a system where the number of plates of cars will have engine's chasis number written with laser tips and invisible to the naked eye so that it becomes easy to detect stolen cars...
exactly what i have in mind. the amount of energy that we would get from fusion reactors would not only boost the economic development of a developed country but also provide cheap power to the developing and under-developed country. plus the reaction is 'almost' automatic thus requiring little or no human labour.
however the only concern i believe is that in case of an accident there could be a terrible disaster before the reaction becomes stable. ofcourse its a remote possibility, though...
that's what i'd like to say too. RHL is used for servers and support and power more than money should be the concern there... i guess they should think about reducing the price of mandrake...
Guess what, when you submit a URL, it is sent by email and not via a mail script or something as used by other search engines... microsoft touch, no doubt...;)

i think this is a very self-sufficient way to reach the audience and i really don't say why other papers shouldn't follow it...
