    How many of y'all ever sit by somebody chanting/cussing at their phone and could literally boot a computer pull up %browser% TYPE the question and have a correct and complete answer before the person even got close to getting an answer??

    trust me unless you speak Mideastern Broadcaster or British Received you would have to be in a quiet room for any VR system to understand you if you don't know how to ask the question.

  10. My thoughts are

    1 Allow collection of data (they are going to anyway)
    2 cycle detailed data off the "hot servers" after 6 months but keep Make/Model/Color level data
    3 drop ALL DATA into a cold server after 2 years (thaw out data only on a three judge signed court order)
    4 ANY crimes get performed using the data then the data techs get charged with aiding and abetting

    5 Civil suits resulting on the data getting misused have an automatic 3X multiplier

    the FAA only has "jurisdiction" inside the atmosphere (roughly) and besides given that these are COMMUNICATION sats it kind of leans more into the FCCs bailiwick.

    kind of like the Bus Driver and Sound Man for a band.

    lots of ways to make sure most of the force goes outward and not inward (which you would want anyway if you are doing a seeding mission).

    1 bomblets with a secondary low power charge
    2 shaped charges pointing outward
    3 use DIRT as part of the payload (you might want to use some version of Miracle Grow(TM) depending on the target area)

    heck can you see a B-52 doing this kind of drop?? (bonus if the pilot is long haired and wearing beads/fringe)

    its not as such the fact of buildings looking Fugly and or Random its
    (just guessing but)

    1 Lack of Natural Light (to many buildings right next to each other blocking Light

    2 To much Grey/Beige or other Neutral Colors

    3 Not Enough Decent Green spaces

    4 Not Enough paths to places (designs like to block paths)
