    hey it's a start, he did say that some hardware is yet to be done, and what can I say, from little acorns, this is news, means we get our PS3's back for what we (OK, OK I) originally wanted one for. Today BSD, soon, Linux then who knows, this is excellent news for us robbed by Sony.

    yup all about the $$$ and back handers eh, oh well, I'm in the UK, I just know my private data in Government is safe (uh huh) and we all worry about FB and google, they have nothing compared to our relative Govs :P (our == UK, USA)

    I really have to ask this, but why the fuck do governments run any iteration of windows? seriously there are more secure OS's out there that than cope with anything the Gov needs, OSX, Linux, BSD. I've notice that in the world of operating systems, you get more the less u pay :D

    I use my N900 for SSH in to my home and work machines, even with X forwarding (using -CX) i've also installed easy debian on it. it just works, oh and it has a slide out keyboard and with the power kernel (in maemo) installed u can overclock the poor arm to 1150Mhz from the stock 600, it flies, although i limit mine to 900. ok enough bragging :P i'm pretty sure there is ssh on the droid too but i'll need to investigate more, meego when released (i know, i know) should have it too :D anyway all the best with your en-devour, Alie

    People download for free what they could pay for, in this case music. now there are 1,000's of people downloading freely copyrighted material every day, yet i can't think of one artist being broke because of it. not one. all i smell is bullshit from labels.

    N900 owner here, no issues with USB at all, althoiugh some did have, meego and maemo will be dualboot and it will run a full debian /ubuntu distro, has a gig overall of ram (256+768 swap) and looks decent on a 40 sony tv with the tv out, I love ma 900 :D

    just hunt on the net for w95.img, Google knows, add a few lines to the dosbox conf and it will boot win95, i have done this under linux both on my laptop and my Nokia 900. works fine on both ;) just have a licence for it :D and happy old day gaming :D
