I work for a credit card processing agency and we deal with all the backend processing from the information provided by Paypal. The problem with processing $0.01 is that after Visa or Mastercard takes their cut and then we take our cut, their might be only a three quarter of a cent left. It would take a lot of sales to make any type of profit.
Can Apple be accused or hit with any more issues at this point? Being that they're gaining such good market value, I don't like to see the continued issues.
Of course their are games that work and probably ways to get a lot of games to work but the majority of the people that use computers do not comprehend how to do this.
How unfortunate. I share the same history of using OS/2 with some of the BBS's I ran in the past. With the headstart it had on Windows, it should have only been a matter of time before it took the market. Sad to see it go.

Poor law enforcement -- I guess they're going to have to do some real work.
They're slacking in that regard. They better concentrate on their core market.
I love how Microsoft is starting to feel threatened by everything. Bring on competition.
I'm sure with a few 'funny' pills, some people could have a lot of fun with this.
As bad as that is for IBM, it's great to see AMD taking some strides.
Bring on the bandwidth.
Wonder how they're going to route any downed power lines.
Dude, it's Quake in real life!@#

A side from the compability with games, Windows 2000 was great.

Good for Drupal. Glad to see that people still care about others projects.
Man, people are going to turn into non-social zombies in 20 years.
Do they not have something else to worry about? Namely: War?
I'm sorry, but Microsoft will not catch Google. No originality.
I think anyone could have told us that. What idiots.
I was pretty surprised at the detail of those maps. I'm sure this is only the start of what google plans to do with them.
Just what we need. More wireless crap to fry our brains.
I don't care what the result or future creation of any type of spam protection -- I just want something that consistantly works.
Well, that is a stupid idea. Like they don't know the outcome of this.
How fat is America? Seriously. We aren't going to have to leave our house in 10 years.
They might make better lovers for a while, but the chick will leave for a badass.
Serves them right.
Sweet, sweet irony.
