I carry on totally off the wall conversations about nothing and everything in Halo 2 when I'm playing ranked games online. I don't see where your complaint comes from. There's this thing, it's called being good at the game you're playing, and it lets you not be forced to be 100% serious and 'in teh zone' when you're playing it.

If Ness isn't nerfed to shit like he was in SSB:M, and the online is done right, I may need a new pair of pants every time I play.
On that note, they raped Ness in SSB:M compared to SSB for the 64. He was the most underrated character, yet one of if not the most powerful in the hands of someone who knew how to play him correctly. Psychic Bubble body slam = impossible to block, and extremely hard to dodge :)

I guess noone is taking into account the fact that it costs orders of magnitude less to live in the places where people are making $1000 a year or amounts that would be impossible to survive upon in a First World country. They make so little BECAUSE their economy is based around making so little. I'm personally sick of this bleeding heart crap where it's all "OMFG You make xx,xxx per year, but these people make $1 an hour making the things you buy, FEEL BAD FOR THEM!" I'm sorry, but their economy is based around a lower income level and just because YOU can't fathom living on that much, people around the world do it just fine.

Alexander Graham Bell did *not* invent the telephone, he was the most publicized creator of it though. It was originally invented in Europe and somehow Bell invented his a short time later and got to take all the credit.
Same goes for Edison and the light bulb, originally done in Europe, but because he was American (most likely reason I can think of for both, the same goes for a slew of other American 'firsts', including the Wright brothers), he got to take all the credit in the history books.

We've been hearing everytime they come up with a new reason for life forming 'omg guys, we are unique!' Sorry, but we are not unique in the fact that life is on the planet, it's a statistical(sp?) impossibility. We may be unique in our forms of life, aerobic respiration, and many other parts of our ecological systems may be utterly incompatible with alien life forms, more than likely they are incompatible, but by no means is the very fact that life exists here unique.
