    The TOS is for all Google services. It limits itself with a clause that follows that the GP decided to omit.

    The rights that you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This licence continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing that you have added to Google Maps).”

    As well as this clause:

    Some of our Services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

    The performance clause is almost certainly for other services besides Google Drive like YouTube.

    I'm not sure there is any precedent that copying APIs are illegal. Reverse engineering is legal, and that is basically Schmidt is claiming was done here.

    Orbit is a fair bit higher than this jump. The ISS is 10 times higher than the jump which gives you much more time to build up speed. Whether or not the MOOSE system would really keep the user from burning up on re-entry is still debatable.

    Your N9 and iPhone will get 3G reception from AT&T only. You can get 2G reception from T-Mobile (until this plan rolls out, then you can get 3G).

    Verizon and Sprint are not compatible with your phones.

    The source is the linked bloomberg article. Their parent company, Bloomberg LP are the ones that sued the the Fed to get the info, so they are in fact the primary source.

    It was actually $7.7 trillion. Half of the US GDP. $13 bill. is the profits reaped by a rough calculation given the data they got. $7.77 trillion is the total amount committed to rescuing the financial system. TARP was only $700 billion. GDP of the US is $14.58 trillion.

    yeah for the love of god don't use squirrel mail. i haven't used it in years, but IMP is a nice free ajax solution. It even has mobile views.

    It breaks things that improperly implement the Comparable interface then try to sort objects that implement that interface.

    Before, these situations were silently ignored, now an IllegalArgumentException is thrown, unless you use the option to use the legacy sorting algo.
