I probably should have said "Did" , ive been checking out ajax and ruby on rails for a few things and I am impressed with both . It will be good to have client side browser scripting which dosn't require 17 hours(slight hyperbole) of testing on various browsers.
You really do need to code in a hell of alot of tricks to get your javascript working on all the main browsers. You normaly need a script to switch in other scripts dependant on a browser check. This is mainly due to the MS implementation and yes it is a big pile of crap that MS used to try and dominate the browser market(sucsefully unfortunatly ).

They can keep pt 3 , Dear god that was tripe. The first movie to bring me to tears *shudder* , I was thinking maybe i had exagerate how bad it was and last year decided to whatch it again . PT1 and 2 are great art , pt3 however is comparable to an andy warhols soup cans(unless you like warhol , then replace him with an artist you strongly dislike)

Something tells me that people who cover their house in tinfoil may not exactly have the money for a renovation like that.Ofcourse they could just tinfoil the insides of the house
The fines will increase over time , i imagine the 5 million per day is just a warning anyway. I can see that riseing if they refuse to comply. Ofcourse if they continue to stand oposed to the law then i am very sure the EU will have no other choice but to enforce the compliance , companys can not be allowed to abuse the law. Our neighbours constantly bombard us with Electromagicnetic rays , We all feel it and it causes us to have excessive Gas when we drink beer (30 cans ). So we painted our house with 5 layers of lead based paints we bought during the 60s. And we coated the asbesto and mercury in tin-foil for that added layer of safty. As bill murray taught us , we need to get the mole men lizard people gopherites. So more power to them and if the feds try removing their tinfoil we will rise up against the ghandiists in order to protect our god given right to Astroturf carpets

Its finaly nice that VoIP services are comming here in an open source form , i just wonder how they are going to deal with emergency dialing , Since the rulling last week over in the USA i hope they had good sense to deal with it from the groud up , rather than rulling against them forcing them to do a rush job
If you cant trust your freinds then who can you trust. Buying electronics from freindly nations should be as safe as home grown tech and as accountable.
