Seriously, no one should use OpenDNS. The solution to Charter's fuckery is to run your own caching DNS. The ideal software for this is djbdns. Just switching from your ISP's DNS servers to some fly-by-night third party's servers is RETARDED.
You can always get components independantly before Dell can sell them. They are stupid douchebags. No one should ever buy a Dell anyway because they come with microsoft windows. Instead, you should build a computer and run GNU/Linux on it.
and never will be until they eliminate the registration requirement. I don't know why slashdot persists in linking to them. They don't deserve the traffic.
As long as you have something that ejects the disc automatically and starts ripping automatically when you insert, you can get high and play a computer game while you rip.
How do you justify allowing any user to edit pages without verifying their background? It seems like a good idea in light of most of your arguments, but what no one has discussed yet is the problem of terrorists maliciously editing pages to support their causes, either by portraying events from their point of view, or spreading misinformation to harm freedom. I don't see how you can continue allowing anyone to edit Wikipedia without extensive background checks to prove that they are not terrorists or connected to terrorism.
This is why Microsoft Windows is not a good choice for embedded systems. System designers should choose an unecumbered system such as Linux or BSD, particularly if any kind of security is required, like for voting or banking.
It suprises me that Diebold fails at this stuff so badly, considering how they've been doing it for years. I cringe every time I roll up to an ATM with their name on it. Luckily, my bank uses mostly NCR hardware:)
I'm glad their web site is full of tiny pictures with unreadable text. Example here. I suppose I have to visit the museum in person and pay admission to find out what that diagram says. On the other hand, I could probably look at it elsewhere on the web, for free, and with much more information surrounding it.

Who wants to buy a computer with a jew ass MiKKKro$$$haft Winblows key? My laptops never even boot winblows, why would I want the logo on my keyboard?

Yeah I just bought four of them and I don't really care. You wouldn't have a problem with this if you didn't have anything to hide.

Too bad the demoncrats executed her. Find out more at http://www.terrisfight.org and http://cultureoflife.on.nimp.org
Site is slashdotted, is there a torrent?
There's no reason that will ever happen, nor could it. He should compromise by selling computers with FreeBSD on them.
Every first release of a Microsoft product has been a steaming pile and Vista will not be an exception.

let's roll!
You don't waste time installing the patches, you let WSUS do the work once you hook the computer on your domain.
It almost happened.
So when did this change?
Somewhere in the last decade where each architecture was developed into something different than it was.
Leave it to the Google fanboys on Slashdot to attempt to make Google appear like the good guy here, while smearing other, unnamed search engines.
You suck cocks at that, way more than the formatting.
i'm going to plug one of these into my butt socket
Maybe you should discuss why you publish duplicate articles all of the time.

RSS is nice, but this software product is not really anything special or unique.
Thanks.
For thinking the right way on this issue.
Thanks for the tip! But the pictures are still too small :(
